Story
Hi, hello. My name is Odin. I'm full of love and I make sure to give all my love. I am a certified good boy. I've got some of that husky stubborness, but I'm loyal. I enjoy cheek scratches and butt pats. And bacon, I love bacon! (Begging strips). I'm pretty calm, and loafing around is my jam. But I'll make time for you in my schedule. I enjoy tiny humans, they're interesting. I think cats and other dogs are pretty cool. I like when they lay with me. But yeah, I'm looking for love, so if I strike your interest hit me up!!November 4, 2024, 3:23 pm

Story
‘ICE STORM’ THEMED PUPPY:  Approx. 3-4 months old / Approx. 16 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Jack!  I came to Mostly Mutts with my sibling (who has already been adopted) from animal control.  I have enjoyed my time with the shelter volunteers, and the time I got to spend in a short break foster home.  Now, it’s time to find a furever home of my very own, so – if you are ready for some puppy love and a dear companion, let’s meet soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I love my sibling!  I also got along with the dog in my short break foster home – though they were older and did not want to play with me.  I would likely enjoy another dog to play with in my new home - so if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / I’ve not met cats yet, but  I’m young, so I may do well with a dog-friendly kitty. / I recently met kids in my short break foster home, though I don’t remember their ages.  So, if you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me or that I may bump over.   • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I am a sweet puppy with an easy-going, playful and gentle demeanor.  I’m also affectionate with a typical, curious puppy nature.  Definitely a people dog, I am social and loving with them and have lots of energy for playing. / My energy level at the shelter is 5-7, though it was a bit higher in my short break foster home. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I look forward to learning lots of great commands with my trainer.  I know the ‘sit’ command and am a great age to learn even more.  One of my favorite times of the day is spending time with my trainer!  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / My crate manners are pretty good at Mostly Mutts, and I calmed quickly in my crate in my short break foster home. / I’m having accidents on the shelter schedule, but I did better in my short break foster home on a good schedule.  I will need you to finish my potty training, so please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I like to be held and give kisses!  Like most puppies, I love toys and look forward to great play sessions with you. I enjoyed going for car rides while in my short break foster home. At cuddle time, the volunteers noted that I give the BEST puppy snuggles, so I obviously love snuggles. / I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.  I’m also micro-chipped and neutered. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.    February 1, 2025, 10:53 am

Story
I have had nylah since she was 8 weeks old. I got her back in late 2014. She is a very sweet dog and not aggressive at all. She enjoys walks and playing outside. She is accustomed to a crate but may take a few days to adjust to a new environment. She is good with kids and other dogs of all sizes. She is a typically husky so grooming would have to be done if you are looking to limit the fur. She is full of energy and fun. I have her birth certificate and AKC registration on hand.

Story
Koa is a beautiful Husky/German Shepherd Mix looking for her forever family! She is around 2.5 years old and weighs 50lbs. This gorgeous girl is intelligent, playful, and funny! Koa is dog friendly, house trained, and crate trained. She has a medium energy level - she loves to do zoomies, get her paws wet in the creek or pool, or play with her doggy friends. Koa has been through basic training and knows all her basic commands, including additional commands her fosters have taught her. She loves to go on car rides and is an excellent passenger! Koa would love a forever home with a fenced yard, an active family who will take her on fun adventures, and a family who is home regularly. She thrives with regular exercise and would do well as a hiking/running partner. She would also be happy attending doggy daycare regularly. Koa has a great personality, and will make a loving and loyal addition for a lucky family. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you&#39re interested in adopting this sweet girl, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.November 3, 2024, 9:25 pm

Story
Blaze is a big beautiful, 5yr old, Husky Mix. He weighs 120lbs, and has a big handsome head on his shoulders! Blaze is a medium energy boy who is house trained, was previously crate trained, and has good leash manners. He loves to go for car rides and play in his fenced yard! Blaze loves to be around his people, and is kid friendly. He is good with other dogs, but can show possessiveness with other dogs over his toys and food. Blaze is a sweet and calm boy who would love a forever home with or without a fenced yard, and a family to spend time with! He doesn&#39t love storms, fireworks, or the dishwasher. Blaze does have vet anxiety (can you blame him!) and needs sedation prior to heading to a vet appointment. Blaze is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about this handsome boy, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications.
