Story
Kevin the Cutie is also a smart boy. He knows all the basic commands such as Come and Get Close and Down and Wait. He walks well on the leash and he has learned to look both ways before we proceed. He is very eager to please and when he does something wrong, saying Wrong hurts his feelings. Kevin is quite athletic. He has been going to doggie daycare and gets along well with the other dogs. While there, he has learned some basic agility skills. The picture shows his first time up on the A frame. He is champ now! He loves to work. I work with him daily and he needs someone to continue the training with him. My partner was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and this is why he needs a new home. I think Kevin would prefer a fenced in yard (not an apartment). He is 5 months old and my vet thinks he will be 60-65lbs when fully grown. He is on NexGuard and Heartguard and of course UTD on all shots. He has been neutered.

Story
I have had nylah since she was 8 weeks old. I got her back in late 2014. She is a very sweet dog and not aggressive at all. She enjoys walks and playing outside. She is accustomed to a crate but may take a few days to adjust to a new environment. She is good with kids and other dogs of all sizes. She is a typically husky so grooming would have to be done if you are looking to limit the fur. She is full of energy and fun. I have her birth certificate and AKC registration on hand.

Story
Blaze is a big beautiful, 5yr old, Husky Mix. He weighs 120lbs, and has a big handsome head on his shoulders! Blaze is a medium energy boy who is house trained, was previously crate trained, and has good leash manners. He loves to go for car rides and play in his fenced yard! Blaze loves to be around his people, and is kid friendly. He is good with other dogs, but can show possessiveness with other dogs over his toys and food. Blaze is a sweet and calm boy who would love a forever home with or without a fenced yard, and a family to spend time with! He doesn&#39t love storms, fireworks, or the dishwasher. Blaze does have vet anxiety (can you blame him!) and needs sedation prior to heading to a vet appointment. Blaze is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. For more information about this handsome boy, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.February 20, 2025, 5:29 pm

Story
Koa is a beautiful Husky/German Shepherd Mix looking for her forever family! She is around 2.5 years old and weighs 50lbs. This gorgeous girl is intelligent, playful, and funny! Koa is dog friendly, house trained, and crate trained. She has a medium energy level - she loves to do zoomies, get her paws wet in the creek or pool, or play with her doggy friends. Koa has been through basic training and knows all her basic commands, including additional commands her fosters have taught her. She loves to go on car rides and is an excellent passenger! Koa would love a forever home with a fenced yard, an active family who will take her on fun adventures, and a family who is home regularly. She thrives with regular exercise and would do well as a hiking/running partner. She would also be happy attending doggy daycare regularly. Koa has a great personality, and will make a loving and loyal addition for a lucky family. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you&#39re interested in adopting this sweet girl, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. Story
Name: Wilbert Age: 4 Years Breed: Husky Cattle Dog Mix Gender: Male Meet Wilbert! Wilbert is a loyal, loving, and intelligent 4-year-old Husky Cattle Dog mix looking for his forever home! This sweet boy is packed with personality—he’s playful like a puppy but knows how to chill and relax when needed. Affectionate & Loyal Wilbert adores his people and wants to be by your side as much as possible. He’s not the kind of dog who enjoys being left outside—he’s happiest inside, snuggled up with his person. His heart is huge, and he’s always ready to give love. Smart & Eager to Learn This boy is incredibly intelligent! He already knows sit and no and would thrive with additional training. To help him succeed, his foster is even offering to cover the introductory cost of training with Frankie! Playful but Well-Mannered Wilbert LOVES toys (so much that he needs durable ones!) and enjoys playing, but he isn’t overly hyper. He’s playful without being too much, making him the perfect mix of fun and relaxed. Cat Compatibility: Still Testing Wilbert hasn’t officially met cats yet, but he seems a little too interested when seeing them through glass. His foster is carefully introducing him on a leash and harness to see how he does. A cat-free home might be best, but more testing is underway! Great with People & Well-Behaved Wilbert loves meeting people and was super friendly at PetCo, happily picking out a toy and greeting everyone with tail wags! He has no food aggression and allows things to be taken from his mouth without issue. He’s crate-trained and lets you know when he needs to go out with an adorable howl! Wilbert is an amazing work at home companion. He'll sit quietly all day next to you while you work!    Smart   Loyal Loving ♥ ‍ Needs Supervision Outside Wilbert has a habit of trying to eat everything on walks, possibly from past food insecurity. He’ll need monitoring outside to keep him from gobbling things up.   Looking for His Perfect Home Wilbert would thrive in a loving home where he can be inside with his people, showered with affection, and given fun playtime and training. He’s an amazing, smart, and affectionate dog who just needs the right match! If Wilbert sounds like the perfect companion for you, come meet him! He’s ready to give his heart to a forever family. ##2304648##
