Meet Kyoto, a beautiful, lively girl with energy to spare and a zest for life! This active and playful pup is always ready for adventure, whether it’s a game of fetch, a long walk, or just zooming around the yard. Because of her energetic nature, she’d do best in a home with kids 10 and up who can join in on the fun while respecting her lively enthusiasm. Kyoto is very pushy and intense with other dogs, and does not seem to like rude behavior back, and may prefer to be the only dog in the home. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, playful companion to brighten your days, Kyoto is ready to meet you! What I Need In a Home:* Kids 10+ mandatory* May prefer to be the only dog

Story
Hi there, I'm Jumpy, a 1-year-and-4-month-old Husky boy looking for my forever home! I'm a playful, cuddly, and goofy guy who loves to explore the world around me. I'm already neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations, so I'm ready to jump right into my new life! I'm a curious and gentle soul with a medium-to-high energy level. I love going on walks, playing with toys, and cuddling up on the couch after a long day of fun. Being outdoors is my jam, so a family who enjoys adventures would be a perfect fit! I'm a social butterfly and get along great with other dogs. I already know some basic commands like "sit" and "paw," and my foster parents say I'm making amazing progress with potty training. My ideal home would be with an active family who can give me plenty of exercise and love. If you think you might be the perfect match for me, please fill out an application today! ##2290722##

Story
Zuber, aka Zuber Duber, is a happy go lucky 2 year old pup. He is gentle, fun, and full of personality boy. He loves people and dogs and it's so great to see him playing with his foster parent's doggo. He is thrilled to be out of the shelter and looking for his furever home. Zuber is learning a bunch of commands and house etiquette each day and is eager to learn and please you. In the first week that we've been fostering this gentle giant, he has come a long way in loose leash training, potty training, and learning the ropes around basic commands like sit, stay, come, leave it, finding calmness, crate training, and others. In this first week of freedom, he paces but he's learning to relax with support. With growing confidence in his surroundings, we believe this will go away. Zuber is not a jumper, barker, or chewer (but does like treasure hunts and proudly carries the item around the house). He will thrive with a family that spends time with him and is dedicated to giving him loving leadership and direction, along with regular exercise and a place to run and play  ##2290907##

Shelter visiting hours are 12 pm to 4 pm - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12 pm to 5 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue  At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. Unless otherwise stated, all of our dogs are mixed breeds. We never guarantee the size, breed, or temperment of any of our puppies.  ##2214403##

Story
We adopted Maddie from the Dumb Friends League in Denver, but unfortunately cannot keep her due to family circumstances. She's a great puppy, 6 months old, potty trained and crate trained. She's spayed, fully vaccinated (we have all her vet records), microchipped and we also got her DNA tested so we have those records as well. Maddie takes a moment to warm up but she's very friendly and affectionate, very cuddly, loves chewing on chew toys and cuddling with stuffed animals. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, so far has been okay with kids with adult supervision. No bite history, no medical problems, she walks on leash but needs to learn some leash manners as she tends to pull when excited. Would do well in a home with owners who are home most of the time.

Housebroken and getting used to being left alone with free reign of the house. Full of energy! Needs a secure, fenced yard. Due to his size, not recommended with small children.

Story
They are actually a pair. Memphis was born April 20th 2023. Layla was born April 16th 2024. These were my wife's dream dogs. She passed away recently and I just can't do it anymore. They deserve a better life. She was able to stay home with them. Now that it's just me they have to stay in crates all day when I'm at work. I never wanted dogs and have no clue what I'm doing. I'm still paying for Layla. I paid $4500 for them. I would take $2000 for them, crates, and toys. They don't know tricks, they were companion puppies. Memphis is potty trained, Layla is difficult and not quite there yet. They are very sweet and get very attached. They are super high energy and I wouldn't recommend having them in an apartment unless you're super active. I love them, they definitely saved my life after my wife passed, I know they deserve better, they're just way too much for me.
