Story
Jack is a funny little fellow! He has benefitted from the companionship of other dogs, so if he isn't joining a multi-dog household then a few thoughtfully selected playmates he can spend time with would likely benefit him. Our walkers tell us that Jack is an exuberant boy who loves affection and may enjoy carrying a stick or perhaps a toy on his walks. He really enjoys being in the play yard where he can run around doing zoomies to his heart's content. Jack will only be placed in a home with children 10 years of age or older and without cats. Woof woof! Come meet Woofie, who came to Foothills from one of our transfer partners, so not much is known about his previous life. However, what we do know from our staff and volunteers is that this boy is sweet and affectionate, a joy to be around, loves cuddles and a good roll in the grass. Although Woofie may like to take the lead on walks, he does so without much pulling, is attentive to his walking partner, will sit when asked and enjoys good, tasty treats.Woofie is eager to join his new family for walks and lounging on the couch after a long day! Story
Going through a divorce and trying to care for Nyko and my baby is a struggle all by myself. Nyko is a very loving and loyal pet. He is very friendly and gets a ton of attention from everyone when we go out. He loves his walks and lives for snowy days! He is a great indoor pet and just relaxes all day. Even with his size, he does well in small homes and apartments. Outside he loves to play in the snow, play fetch, and play with any type of ball. He can not be off-leash unless enclosed in a backyard. He does not get along with other animals and will be aggressive. He’s friendly with people and will do best with a small family. Too many children or people in the family will make him anxious. His ideal owner is a single owner or couple who can physically take him on at least 2 walks per day.
