Story
Sweet Husky Rescue for Adoption - 3 Year Old Male I am fostering a very sweet, affectionate, and playful young male, Husky mix, named Felix who was rescued from the Riverside County shelter in Jurupa Valley from the euthanasia list. I did have him adopted by a nice man a few days ago, but he had not checked with his landlord first, so he had to return Felix to me. Felix has some German Shepherd in him, and his coloring very much resembles a German Shepherd. Felix is very much like a Husky. He is very emotional and is vocal at times. loves long walks, play time and chest rubs. He is very social and loves other dogs and people. This sweet boy needs a forever home. He has been neutered, all shots up to date and is microchipped. Please let me know if you are interested in adopting this very sweet and special boy.

Story
Dave was abandoned by his owner. Now, he is 2 years old. Sadly, we have to find a new home for him because we do not have the resources to support him, and our family is not properly equipped to control or train such a high-energy dog. We don't have enough time to dedicate to giving him all the enrichment he should have, and Dave struggles with behavior issues that require more attention and training than we can provide. We are looking for a home that can offer lots of space, a loving environment, and plenty of playtime. Dave is super energetic, stubborn, and a huge goofball that will always make you smile. We hope to find a new family who will love him just as much as we do, if not more.

Story
Baby is a healthy 7 year old Siberian Husky. He has an extremely friendly and goofy disposition and loves chest and belly scratches. He loves to go on long walks and play with rope toys in the backyard. He is high energy and has some separation anxiety so he requires exercise and mental stimulation no less than 1-2 times a day to minimize howling/crying when you leave. His current owner is a dog groomer and has been grooming him every 4-6 weeks since he was 3 months old so he does wonderfully for everything. He knows plenty of commands and loves to practice training when you use treats. He is potty trained and never has accidents in the house. Baby would thrive in a household with active owners with a decently sized secure backyard who can commit to being involved in his life. He does not have an aggressive bone in his body and is great with other dogs and kids once he has had a minute to calm down after the exciting initial introduction. He is a loving companion that will always be so excited to give you a warm welcome when you come home.

Story
Wolfie knows when he is wearing a Leash: that means he is going out and is excited to get the leash on. Additional training wouldn’t hurt. He knows to pee outside. He has had some accidents when he was in the house for an extended time. He isn't crate trained. Never been in a crate, that I know of. Wolfie is a good dog indoors, he is house trained. He knows when to go out. But he would rather behave indoors so that he can stay indoors longer. Currently located in my home in Garden Grove, CA He has never bit anyone as far as I know. He can be left alone for approx. 6-8 hours a day. Slight separation anxiety: he gets sad when we don’t spend time with him. He wishes to spend more time with humans. I’ve had Wolfie since 2020 when I found him, at approx the age of 6. I found him in the middle of the street in 2020. A few days later I found his owner and tried to give him back but his owner did not want him back. Wolfie is the name his previous owner gave him. My kids also like to call him Money. His owner gave him up to us and included the leash. When Wolfie first came in to our home he was shy, sad, timid and often scared. When we held big objects like brooms around him Wolfie would run off, like in fear. So it took him a while to get used to that and being comfortable and feeling safe. Wolfie knows when he is in time trouble . Like when he empties out the trash sometimes. He puts his head down. I never intended to have Wolfie this long. I took him in hopes of finding him a new home. I considered taking him to a shelter at the time but a friend insisted those are not always no kill paces and offered to help look for a new home if I kept him in the meantime. But we had no luck. We tried many people and many places and no luck. I am not allowed to have large dogs where I am and definitely not where I am going to in my new place, a small one bedroom apartment.
