Story
Pua (born 1/15/21) is a female husky mix. She loves rolling in the snow, running in the meadows, and lying at your feet on the couch or in bed. She is a subtle girl, but when she knows you, she is excited to lick your hands and face and get shoulder rubs. When our other dog is in his crate, she is very chill and likes to look out the window, sleep on the couch, or hang in the yard. Pua is house trained, crate trained, and knows tricks like sit/touch/spin/stand. She is semi reliable off leash and we often take her to low traffic hikes. Pua does not get along well in the house with our other dog. We have invested heavily in training but we have had a baby and she is now exhibiting signs of anxiety around the baby as well. Pua does have an intolerance to meat, poultry, and some fish proteins, so she is on a prescription veggie HA kibble and vegetarian treats only. She loves cheese and peanut butter and enjoys frozen pumpkin/cottage cheese Kongs.

Story
Hi, meet Cali, the sweetest husky about 4-6yrs old. She has a heart full of love for humans and even cats. She would definitely need to be tested with your cat but she loved the kitty her foster had. She's picky with her doggy friends and sometimes takes a little time before she decides if she likes them, probably just a great slow introduction works best for a starting good relationship. She has a fun personality with lots of energy and is a strong girl who gets excited for playtime so maybe young kids aren't best suited for our sweet Cali as we don't want small kids getting knocked over. She would love to have an active family for hikes, walks and all the fun adventures. She would be a fabulous best friend but if there is another dog in the home, she's protective about her food and toys so keeping that separate might be best or teaching her how to share. She's a smart girl so she can learn anything. She's spayed, vaccinated and chipped so she's ready and hoping you'll pick her! Get your application in ASAP! Currently in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other close by states, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt her
