Story
Meet Sadie, a seasoned lady with a heart full of love! This friendly girl is outgoing and always ready to make new friends! She’s not shy about seeking attention. Sadie would love to go on walks with you and improve her leash skills, as she pulls a bit. She was a polite, relaxed, and a little aloof when meeting a large female dog. She can have slight resource guarding with food, so would benefit from training. She appears to have some basic obedience and may be housetrained. Sadie’s looking for a forever home with kids 15 and up, where she can share her warmth and affection. Come visit Sadie where she’ll be eager to meet you with a smile!

Story
Pinky is a young husky mix, with lots of energy and love to give. She tends to stay close seeking attention and security. She would benefit from training and lots of play time to bring out her best qualities. While she can jump up in greeting, she does settle in once she is getting the attention she craves. She weighs around 40 pounds. She was friendly, but a little timid when meeting another similar sized female dog. Pinky is ready for a new family and we are recommending a home with children ages 12 and older.

Story
This beautiful girl is Orchid! She is friendly, energetic, and has a playful spirit that is a joy to watch. She loves toys, testing out every one, and readily releases them. Orchid will make you smile with her enthusiasm for running and playing in the water. She likes attention and pets, and was tolerant of handling. Orchid needs to work on leash manners as she pulls, and needs more training to learn not to jump on her handler. She can be a bit mouthy when offering food. When meeting another large female dog Orchid was friendly and initiated play. Orchid is waiting to share her zest for life with a family who’s looking for an adventurous, fun companion. Kids 13 and up recommended.

Story
This sweet boy is a playful and affectionate dog who enjoys running around the play yards but equally loves spending time with people. He’s pretty good on a leash, though he pulls moderately, and he’s getting the hang of not jumping. He responds well to training, and seems to know how to sit and listen for commands. With one blue and one brown eye, he has an adorable appearance, and he makes the cutest happy sounds when you walk him. While he’s a bit nervous at first, he’s been friendly and playful with several other dogs of various sizes. He’ll benefit from some additional training to build his confidence and refine his manners.
