Story
All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio. Duke was found about 7 months ago. I didn't want them to go to a shelter so i have been taking care of them until they find a new home. I have been taking care of him since and got him fixed and microchipped. He is a friendly dog and loves walks, running around the yard, retrieving a ball. He is pals with Daisy who will also be listed on this website. They both love eating peanut butter and chewing on rawhides. They love going to the dog park and running around off leash (as long as they are in an enclosed area. The are both very sweet dogs. They get along very well.    This is a courtesy posting- please contact the foster home directly for more information...Kevin- elephantbedding@gmail.com 510-944-9868     Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog.August 29, 2024, 12:00 am

All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Meet Aurora: A Sweet Survivor Ready for Love! Introducing Aurora, a beautiful blue-eyed Husky who has endured a tough past but is now ready to find her forever home. Aurora was rescued from a heartbreaking situation in Texas, where she was stuck in a small pen with two other huskies, deprived of food, water, and shade in the scorching heat. Despite the neglect she faced, Aurora’s spirit remains unbroken, and she is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs you will ever meet. Aurora loves everyone she meets and has a special way of making you feel loved with her gentle nature. She enjoys being vocal, but her cute howls are more endearing than loud and repetitive. One of her favorite things to do is lean on you and give kisses, showing just how affectionate and grateful she is for any attention and love. On a leash, Aurora is pretty easygoing and prefers a leisurely pace over running. She’s not particularly into toys but finds joy in simple pleasures like walks and cuddles. When greeting new friends, she might jump a little out of excitement, but her enthusiasm is always sweet and never overwhelming. Aurora is looking for a loving home where she can be cherished and cared for. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who has so much love to give, Aurora is waiting to meet you. Fill out the adoption form and give this sweet girl the happy ending she deserves.https://docs.google.com/forms/d/17jZd71sPhj-SGmchmWlB80DkIjVq3S-6dB8b33Jn5Ls/edit Please fill out an adoption form to meet her!! Story
It breaks my heart to write this, but I need to find Mochi a new home. She's an 8-year-old Gerbarian Shepsky with a spirit full of energy and love, but due to some major changes in my life, I can no longer provide her with the active lifestyle she truly deserves. Mochi is a special soul. She's the perfect companion for daily walks and playful moments. She thrives when she's out and about, and her zest for life is contagious. But as much as I want to give her all the attention and activity she needs, my current circumstances no longer allow me to do that. I want her to find a family who can offer her the exercise and playtime she thrives on, someone who will appreciate her playful and calm energy and provide the love and attention she's always given me. If you are looking for a loving, chill companion and have the time and space for an active dog, Mochi could be the perfect fit for your home. She deserves to continue living a joyful life and I want nothing more than to see her loved.

Story
Three years old, neutered, and was a rescue; it takes some time for him to earn your trust; he is strong and sometimes pulls on leashes when walking. He has typical stubborn husky behavior; no cats or small animals, and no kids under 14, please, due to his mouthy and nipping behavior, and his bite is strong; sometimes you will bleed if you force him, so do not! Always ask for his permission before patting him, especially when he is lying down, which is the most vulnerable position for an outdoor animal like him during his earlier life when he was left outside 24/7 in the yard with a lack of socialization and human interaction. He can stay by himself for around 4 to 6 hours, but remember that Husky is a pack animal, which is not recommended for more than 2 hours. When leaving him alone, you need to lock him outside or create a safe zone for him inside the house; just like most huskies, they will start to be destructive and chew when bored. Generally, after three years old, they will begin to calm down. He was never crate trained, rides decent in the car, but makes lots of exciting noise! Trial adoption is recommended; feel free to see if he fits your family, I need to find him a good home, so I do not mind taking him back if things do not go well with the adoption.
