Story
My mom got Violet about 5 years ago. We bought her from a family friend. Unfortunately, my mom recently passed away and I am no longer able to take care of her since we are moving. I will be moving to Sacramento and it is far too hot for a Husky. She’s a great dog that gets along with all types of people and animals. She loves to play especially with other dogs. She is house trained and can sit/lay. She has very thick fur that can be high maintenance due to seasonal shedding. She’s healthy and an extremely happy dog. She isn’t a picky eater and is very gentle. Although she is very emotional. She gets excited quite easily and tends to be vocal to express her emotions. She is very very active and will need a good space to run around in and be walked/ran with regularly.

Story
Come meet Luna!!! This 5 year old husky female has a lot to offer. Luna walks at a very reasonable pace, she loves toys, she knows the sit command, she is affectionate and provides many kisses … not stingy at all. In addition, on a misty wet day she had to be toweled down after and she didn’t mind being touched all over. She’s not a puppy anymore…. But quite frankly that really may make her more appealing to a lot of people. Please share Luna!!!

Meet Iris 2.5/3 yrs. old Spayed Female 2.5/3 year old Spayed Female Housetrained ,Crate Trained & Leash Trained Great with Older  Children Some Basic Training Good with Medium and Large Dogs Mirco Chip Up to date on all Vaccinations,   Flea & Ticks Treatment and wit worms. Hello everyone! My name is Iris, and I'm a 2.5 to 3-year-old my breed is a mix of Siberian Husky and Pomeranian with striking blue eyes. I have quite a journey behind me. I was found wandering the farmer's market in Selma, feeling scared and uncertain, but I was fortunate to be rescued from the Selma shelter. Since being in a loving foster home, I've been learning to trust again and am progressing greatly. I'm incredibly happy and excited about the second chance I've been given! I do wonderfully on my leash and enjoy outdoor activities with my foster parents. Playing with tennis balls and chewing on bones are some of my favorite pastimes. I get along well with kids but prefer a home without small dogs or cats. I’m looking forward to finding my forever home where I can share my love and joy!   If I seem like the right fit for you, please reach out to my foster family. However, remember that you must complete the online adoption questionnaire first so we can move on to the next step. You can find the adoption questionnaire on our website at www.woofdenrescue.com under the "Adopt" section. Alternatively, you can call 669-454-2046 or email us at rescue.woofden@gmail.com. Story
Maui 1 year old Neutered Male Hey there, it's me, Maui! I've got you under my spell, and now you're all mine. I'm a laid-back, loyal, and charming pup who's perfect for you and your family. I'm easy to train and great for first-time dog owners. At 1 year old, I'm an Alaskan Husky mix of Shepherd and Husky, and I'm a breeze to walk on a leash. I'm house-trained and crate trained, and all I'm really looking for is a loving forever home. I get along with big dogs, but I'm not sure about the small ones, and I'm not really a fan of cats. However, I absolutely adore kids of all ages. I'm all about going on adventures—camping, hiking, paddle boarding, you name it! I'm a big fan of water in any form. If you're looking for love, I'm your guy. Head over to our website, fill out the adoption questionnaire, and let's meet up. I can't wait to show you just how charming I am. It's Maui signing off! Just go to our Website at www.woofdenrescue.com and fill out our Online Adoption Questionnaire under "Adopt"  and then we can move to the next step.                       February 17, 2025, 1:01 am

Story
Myra Spayed Female 2 year old  Fall, winter, spring, and summer—my name is Myra, and I'm the perfect blend of all seasons. I'm a 2-year-old spayed female Siberian Husky, weighing 30 to 35 lbs, making me a medium-sized dog. I'm perfect for an apartment, condo, or a smaller home, and I'm great with children of all ages. My favorite seasons are Thanksgiving and Christmas because of the food and love. I love bonding with my human and other dogs, but I'm unsure about small dogs and I don't get along with cats. I'm crated, house, and leash trained. I love all kinds of toys and going on adventures, with my top four being camping, going to the snow, going to the beach to work on my tan, and going to a coffee shop with you. I do great in a car or truck for long trips or just a ride to the pet store. Every night, I snuggle with my foster to watch a flick. That's a little about me, but there's more to come when we meet, so I can tell you more about me and what you're missing. February 17, 2025, 1:01 am

Story
Vail is waiting to meet her new family. She’s a 4 year old Alaskan Malamute mix with such pretty black & white coat and attention grabbing blue eyes. She is quite a nice companion that enjoys attention, affection and wants to be close and loved on. She will need regular exercise, space to romp and play preferably in a well fenced area. She needs to work on leash manners….. she still believes she is part of a pack pulling a sled so please be patient and READY to help her understand a leisurely walk can be incredible. She may still need additional basic obedience and potty training as well. Please come meet Vail and if you aren’t in the market for a new companion please share her!!
