Story
Meet Charlie!,, This boy was found on a busy highway with no ID tag or microchip. He was just a 2.2 pound baby when this happened. He was so scared that day, he cried and ate so much on rescue day, perhaps he suffered hunger and was scared of the cars. Since his rescue he moved in with a foster mom that has other dogs, he immediately got along great with every body! At 10 months old (estimated date of birth is mid Jan 2024) he is 35 pounds, this pup is very friendly to people and other dogs. He is very well behaved, non destructive. Good with kids and curious about cats. Every time his foster goes to the kibble bag to serve him his meal, he gets sooo excited! He eats super fast, so he needs a slow eating bowl, and if more food is available, he goes after it! So his future family will have to be careful to avoid overeating. He likes kongs and carrots! He gets hungry and let's you know by making noises, he likes to be in a feeding schedule. Charlie enjoys toys, and although he is very food driven, he is not food aggressive, He is very obedient, when his foster says NO, he follows direction right away. He is medium energy, and loves to play with his K9 friends. He loves to be petted, super sweet and loving. This boy deserves a loving home that will care for him for the rest of his life. He already had a rough start. Please, if you are interested, please submit your application at www.drwb.org

Story
Luka is a friendly, active dog looking forward to enjoying the outdoors. He will play fetch for as long as you are willing to throw a toy. He is friendly with other dogs. He has experience with small dogs (chihuahua) and cats and knows to be gentle. He would love to live with another big dog, but could also accompany and protect a smaller dog as well. As you can see in the photos, he has a shiny black coat and soft brown eyes. He has impressive pointy ears and white on his paws and on his chest. Since Luka was a puppy, he has been a real attention grabber when walking around the neighborhood. Luka is a husky/boxer mix. We have dog allergies and can no longer keep him in the home. Luka comes with his crate which he is used to sleeping in. He also has his Wisdom Panel DNA results showing he is clear of 30 common genetic conditions. Full report provided upon adoption. Please reach out with any questions!
