Why this pet is the one for you: Meet Lobita! Lobita is an enchanting beauty with a true zest for life! Lobita also got along wonderfully with the other dog in her foster home, demonstrating that she knows how to play and share the spotlight! Story
How this pet arrived: Chappell was brought in by Humane Law Enforcement on August 4th, 2024. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Chappell, a fun-loving girl with a big personality! Chappell is all about her people and absolutely adores pets, treats and chasing after tennis balls. She's a smart girl who knows how to "sit" and "lay down", walks well on leash and is food motivated. Her missing eye doesn't slow her down - and we think it makes her even more endearing! This cutie is happiest when she's the center of your attention, so she's looking for a home where she can be the only pet - no other furry friends, please! Chappell prefers to keep her adventures one-on-one with her favorite humans, so she isn't a candidate for off-leash venues or dog parks. Whether it's playing fetch or snuggling up for some quality time, Chappell is ready to be your loyal and loving companion! If you're looking for a new best friend who's sure to brighten your days, come by our Oceanside Campus and meet Chappell today! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 53.8 Age: 3yrs 3mths 2wks

Story
How this pet arrived: Roan was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on August 4, 2024. Why this pet is the one for you:How can you resist those eyes? Meet Roan, an adorable young adult Husky with a zest for adventure! He enjoys long walks, is well behaved on leash and loves exploring, making him a great companion for outdoor activities. He also knows some basic commands, and would likely enjoy learning new ones - especially if yummy treats are involved! Roan is eager for adventure, so we wouldn't recommend any unsupervised time outside, even in a fenced yard. He loves attention and gravitates towards people, eager for pets and cuddles. He arrived with another dog but can be a bit selective about new canine friends, so please bring any resident dogs for a supervised meet-and-greet before adopting. If you're looking for an energetic pup to brighten your life, come by our Oceanside Campus and meet Roan today! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 61 Age: 1yrs 9mths 2wks

Story
How this pet arrived: Mimi was brought in by her previous owner on October 24, 2024. Why this pet is the one for you:Introducing Mimi, a sweet girl who's ready to bring joy and love into your home. Mimi is a mellow and very social pup who thrives on human companionship and adores attention. Mimi was previously an outdoor dog, so she'll need a little help with potty training as she adjusts to indoor life, although she's pretty much nailed it already. She's an escape artist when left outside alone, so a home where she can live comfortably indoors and be close to you would be ideal. Mimi loves long walks, car rides, and bath time. With her friendly nature and love for people, Mimi is looking for a warm and caring home where she can truly feel like a part of the family. She does have moderate tartar and gingival disease, so we recommend following up with your family veterinarian to keep her dental health in check. Mimi has also been known to resource guard, so we recommend respecting her space while she's eating. If you're ready to welcome a sweet, social, and affectionate companion into your home, Mimi is eager to meet you and start her new chapter with a loving family! Don't forget to bring a leash and collar! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 57 Age: 6yrs 6mths 2wks

PLEASE NOTE: ARRF DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER. CONTACT NORMAN AT sozucom@hotmail.com to meet REX. Rex is a neutered dark brown Siberian Husky/Shepherd mix who weighs 40-45 lbs. He was born on May 4, 2018. He is loyal, loving, and protective and does best in a calm atmosphere. Rex is looking for a home with adults who will play tug with him and give him belly rubs. Outdoor space to run would be a huge bonus, as he loves pouncing on lizards in the bushes. He gets nervous around strangers including kids who want to pet and love on him. He adores his own pack, and he is microchipped and housetrained. To meet Rex or learn more about him, contact his foster, Norman, by emailing sozucom@hotmail.com.
