Story
This is Yeti! He is a lover boy. He loves his humans and loves his doggy friends even more. He would be the absolute best adventure doggy. He has a bit of puppy energy left over but when he’s home alone he sleeps all day. He loovvvees food, especially his peanut butter lick pads we give him when we leave home. He’d do best in a home with a medium to large dog. No cats, as this is why we are trying to rehome Yeti. He has the husky prey drive and doesnt get along with our cat. He’s a bit shy with people he doesnt know but if they have a dog his shyness seems to disappear. He needs a loving home and a gently hand to give him confidence and teach him more doggy ways. He knows sit, shake, lay down, stay/wait, leave it and we are working on place.

Story
How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by their previous owner on 2/16/25. Why this pet is the one for you:Lennox is a fun-loving, energetic 6-year-old dog who still has plenty of playfulness in him! He has reportedly done well around dogs, cats, and kids, but he'll need slow introductions to any new furry friends. Lennox does have some separation anxiety, so he'll thrive with someone who's home often or can provide plenty of mental enrichment when away. With the right routine and companionship, Lennox will be a loyal and loving addition to the family! At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. Story
My name is Snow and Rex and I have been through everything together. I am bonded to Rex we love each other very much. We came into the Carlsbad, CA Animal Shelter together and our wonderful foster mom saved us when we had no time left. We are both 3 years old and weigh around 65 pounds each. Rex is dog selective and prefers female dogs over males. As for me, Snow, I am good with all dogs. We are very healthy and we would love a family that can dedicate the time to train us and exercise us as much as they can. Our foster mom says that we would be best in a home that has at least a 10 foot high fence. We are really sweet and loving dogs, we just need leadership and training and we will soar! Oh yeah, and we love treats! Please help us find a forever home!

Ghost is a friendly playful dog who loves the dog park. She interacts with cats but ignores them. She listens to commands such as sit, lay down, crate, gentle. Unfortunately me and my wife are relocating to Arizona and with her fur it would be unfair for her.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! ++++COURTESY POST++++ Meet Whiskey! He is a vivacious 2 year old Husky! He is great with everyone he meets including kids. Whiskey would love to be the only apple of your eye and be an only dog. He is also untested with cats but we suspect he would do best in a cat free home also.    Sadly Whiskey is losing his home and needs to find a new forever home. If you are interested in Whiskey please fill out an application HERE and we will forward it to his owner.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 3:20 pm
