Story
Dexter is about 9 years old, very friendly and howls when it's time to eat and go on a walk. That's when he really comes alive. Dexter was relinquished to our rescue by his prior owner. Dexter walks 2 miles/day, but is a couch potato the rest of the day. He gets along with other dogs, cats and humans. He loves his treats, and knows commands like sit, give me your paw, come, lie down. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, deflead. If you would like to meet him in La Mesa, feel free to email us.

Story
He’s a beautiful loving dog. But he requires more attention than my grandson is able to provide at this time. He loves to go on walks. He is very inquisitive. He would benefit from a person who has the time to train him and love him. I plan to complete his shots and hope to neuter him.

Story
Lady is the absolute sweetest, calmest and quietest husky you’ll ever meet. She came to us as a stray three years ago and we’ve loved her so much. We added a new baby and my husband got orders where he will be away for an extended amount of time and I cannot give her the love and attention she needs. She is truly a great family dog.

Story
Meet Hannah! This cute Husky was found in Valle de Guadalupe in Ensenada, Mexico. Her case caught the attention of many people and many decided to join in to support the cause. Hannah's first diagnosis was: Giardia, very advanced scabies, lesions on her back legs and face, skin lesions due to worms and spines, platelets at 0, erlichia, anaplasmosis, eye infection and a fracture in her hip. Her chances of survival were low, but she had a great desire to live. After a short time she began to get up, which surprised everyone, and she began to improve little by little to the point where we see her today, she is a girl full of energy, life, love to give, and with a lot of enthusiasm to see new things. Curious, adventurous, brave, stubborn, talkative and with all the personality of a Husky. Today she can walk with no problem and is getting stronger every day. She loves to walk, run, and knows how to coexist with other dogs of her size. She likes to be the center of attention, and usually takes your hands with her mouth without biting to play with you. She is about a year and a half old. The $350.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to San Diego, CA. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash. The adoption fee does not include transportation to North of San Diego.
