Story
Twiggy is a young, spayed Husky mix, likely with some Australian Cattle Dog, who was rescued from the Moreno Valley Shelter. She has a fun-loving, playful personality and gets along great with all the other foster dogs in her home. Twiggy loves to run around and wrestle, always in a friendly way, showing no signs of aggression. She would thrive in a home with at least one friendly, playful dog (or multiple friendly dogs). Twiggy adores affection—she’ll happily roll over for belly rubs and scratches. With her soft fur and sweet demeanor, her foster family finds her an absolute joy to have around.

She is a loving beautiful dog I’ve had her since she was a pup she is very loving and very loyal. I consider her a big part of my life as she was the one who got me thru my toughest times she can walk and defiantly can cuddle but overall if you are looking for a good girl you’ve found her! I will need to meet you for further adoption to go over if you are a good person who deserves this angel.

Story
Hello! My name is Apollo and I am a white Siberian husky pure breed (i just don’t have papers) :( I have lots of energy and am extremely friendly with humans of all ages and dogs too (I just prefer those who can keep up with me)! Right now we are transitioning through a weird period and my humans brother and sister require a lot more time and attention… so I would like someone who can dedicate as much time as possible to make sure I am not too lonely, or maybe have some friends who can keep me company as well. I am house trained but have a tendency to get restless when cooped up too long. Preferably a large yard or place to run. I can’t wait to find my new home

Story
Hello, I am looking for a new home for Lucy. She originally came to me about one year ago due to being neglected as her previous owner could not care for her. I originally planned to re-home her right away however it took some time to address her grooming as well as some medical concerns she was having at the time. Lucy is 9 years old, and is a very sweet dog. I am rehoming her due to her not getting along with my cats, or else I would keep her. Lucy is an older dog and likes her peace and quiet, so she is not good with kids with high energy nor cats that are "spazzy". Lucy will likely need to be the only dog in the home, or be with other dogs that are low energy. Lucy enjoys spending her time in the front lawn or by your feet. She is house trained and will let you know if she needs to go to the bathroom by standing by the door. She is currently taking PROIN 50mg twice daily to assist with her bladder support and doesn't need anything else. She loves walks and enjoys attention.

Story
Hi, My name is Snow! If you like to be serenaded then I am your guy! I am one of the cutest huskies you will ever meet. I am about 2 years old and weigh 45 lbs. I've been told that I am sweet, affectionate, playful, rambunctious, very good natured, extremely smart, silly and curious. I love to play with other dogs and sing to anyone that will listen. I'm not sure what cats are so I can't promise that I won't chase them since I am a husky. I recently went through board and train. My foster parents say I am VERY good motivated and I respond well to positive reinforcement. I am doing great with house training too. I would love a very secure yard so I can run around and play, you know us huskies are good escape artists! I also like to go on walks/hikes so would enjoy an active lifestyle. I am eager to please, but can be excitable and forget my manners sometimes. So, I need an owner that will continue working with me so I can be the best dog! I am a little shy around strangers, especially men, but I usually warm up after 5-10 minutes. I love to be around my human and I promise I will follow you everywhere and we will become the best of friends. If you are in love with me already, have the time to spend with me and want to make me a part of your family, please fill out our K9 adoption application on our website. mountainshumanesociety.org
