Story
Meet Artic! We should have named her Perfect! This 1.5yr old husky girl is a dream dog. Besides her classic beautiful looks and gorgeous blue eyes, she is the sweetest to every person, child, dog and is even good with her fosters parrot. For a young girl, she's very calm, chill and kind and loves to sit by your side and just appreciate her happy life. She was once abandoned on the streets, pregnant and had her puppies and all of them ended up at a high kill shelter. Alljoy4paws rescued her and her pups right before being euthanized. This amazing girl will light up your life and be your best friend. She's potty trained, loves toys and treats and has a gentle play style and a very submissive personality. She's been spayed, vaccinated and chipped and she's waiting for you! Email us your application ASAP! Currently being fostered in Bakersfield area.

Story
Sex: Male Breed: Husky xEstimated Date of Birth : 10/16/2022Handsome and fun Hansel hopes if you’re looking that he’ll be the one! He’s active and sweet and loves everyone he meets. He’s got striking good looks to go with his enthusiastic personality add his golden eyes are sure to charm you. He’d love nothing more than a family willing to commit to him for a lifetime. Sadly Hansel and his sister Gretel came to us as unwanted dogs. Both tied unceremoniously to the sign at our rescue ranch’s entrance after hours. They were lucky they didn’t break free, get hit by a car or get eaten by wildlife. We can’t imagine how scared they must have been or how betrayed they must have felt being dumped in such a heartless fashion. We’ve committed ourselves to ensuring both Hansel and his sister never experience something like that again. Hansel is definitely the more outgoing of the two and is working on his leash manners. Neither were exposed to much before their time in our care but we’re making up for lost time and socializing them with the sights and sounds of life. They’re young and lapping it all up. Our ranches wide open spaces allow for lots of socialization and playtime opportunities and Hansel loves all the play and running around with his sister. He and his sister are adoption ready and we can’t wait to find them the perfect homes. They aren’t bonded but do enjoy each others company so homes together or separately would work equally well. If you’ve been looking we hope one of these sweet pups is the perfect fit for you! Sex: FemaleBreed: Husky xEstimated Date of Birth : 10/16/2022Are you looking for cute, bubbly and fun? Then sweet Gretel is definitely the one! She’s an adorable ball of enthusiasm and loves playtime just as much as she loves every once of affection people bring. She wears a permanent smile on her face and would love nothing more than a family willing to commit to her for a lifetime. We want to make that happen so this sweet girl is headed into Pawsitive Change at Tehachapi State Prison! Sadly Gretel and her brother Hansel came to us as unwanted dogs. We’ve committed ourselves to ensuring both Gretel and her brother never experience something like that again. Our ranches wide open spaces allow for lots of socialization and playtime opportunities and Gretel loves all the play and running around. Pawsitive Change will give her another opportunity to learn and grow. She’ll spend the next 3 months learning all she can and once she’s completed the program she’ll be adoption ready. We can’t wait to find her the perfect home! If you are interested in adopting a Marley's Mutts please fill out an application at http://marleysmutts.org/adoptionprocess/

Story
Sex: MaleBreed: German Shepherd/Siberian Husky xEstimated Date of Birth : 12/01/2020Some times really great dogs who got their 2nd chance need a 3rd chance through no fault of their own. Meet Atlas and Kermit two good boys who suddenly lost their human mom when she passed away unexpectedly. These boys are incredibly sweet, dog friendly and just really good all around dogs. They are great together but are not bonded. We are giving them the chance they need to find their perfect home again. We know there are adopters out there simply looking for a good dog and these boys fit the bill! Kermit may be a familiar face to some. His human mom adopted him as a tiny puppy from our rescue. When she passed away we couldn’t leave his buddy Atlas (tan dog with blue eyes) behind so brought them both into our care at the rescue ranch. They have settled in at the ranch and although they enjoy each others company don’t rely on each other in any way. This means they can be adopted as a pair or by separate families looking for a new furry friend. Kermit is the younger of the two and a happy go lucky boy who loves every human he’s met. He’s affectionate and sweet with a touch of youthful energy. He’s working on his leash manners and already has some basic obedience training down. Atlas is also very friendly and sweet but has a more stoic personality. He’s a confident dog and has adjusted quickly to our ranch environment. Both boys are adoption ready and just waiting to find a family or families of their own. Liking for a good dog? You’ll want to meet these two. Story
Simba has spent too long waiting for his forever family. 💔 This strong and spirited Akita-Husky mix is full of energy, loves his toys, and is happiest on long walks or playing with his human. He’s sweet, loyal, and ready for the right home. If you’re looking for a dog with personality and heart, Simba is waiting to meet you! 🐕 Adopt Simba: https://form.jotform.com/221926016430144 Full profile: Simba is a 6-8-year-old Akita-Husky mix with the personality of an Akita and the heart of a lion. He’s playful, sweet, and full of energy but needs a confident and strong adopter who understands his needs. 💪 Strength & Training: Simba is powerful and can pull when excited, so he needs someone physically capable of managing his strength. He’s learning commands like sit, down, paw, and “potty” and thrives with structure. A harness might help with his pulling. 🐾 Energy & Personality: Simba is not always a couch potato! He loves long walks (2+ miles is no problem), playing with his toys, and getting plenty of attention. He’s affectionate and cuddly but always ready for adventure. 🏡 Home Needs: Simba would do best in a home without small children due to his strength and energy. He’s good with other dogs, especially more timid ones, but does best with boundaries around toys and space. He’s also quite the counter-surfer, so keeping things out of reach is key! 🐕 Health: Simba has a thyroid condition that is managed with treatment, giving him renewed energy and playfulness. Simba has had a lot of love and care from his foster, but he’s ready to find his forever home. If you’re looking for a strong, loyal, and playful companion, Simba could be your perfect match. 💙 Ready to meet Simba? Apply to adopt him and give this big-hearted boy the home he deserves. 📌 Share to help Simba find his forever home Currently being cared in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and anywhere within the US continental, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.
