Story
AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION: Lil Hello, I'm Lil, a sweet pup with a tale of resilience and hope. Not long ago, I was wandering the vast desert with my siblings, unsure of what tomorrow might bring. But then, a kind-hearted team from Central Arizona Animal Rescue gave me a chance at a new life. I'm a young girl, just a little over a year old, and life's been quite the adventure so far. I've never really known the warmth of a home or the joy of a leisurely walk on a leash, but I'm eager to learn! With some yummy treats and your gentle encouragement, I'm sure to pick up all the house manners quickly. My brother Phil is my rock; where he leads, I follow. He's taught me it's okay to play and explore this big, exciting world. I've been spayed, vaccinated, and even microchipped, so I'm all set for our journey together. I might be a bit shy at first, especially around new furry friends, and while I haven't met any cats or small children yet, I promise to be gentle with older kids who understand that I need a little time to come out of my shell. Are you the patient, loving family I've been dreaming of? Let's find out together! E-mail mike@caaronline.org to set up an appointment to meet me. Come visit me and let's start our forever friendship.   PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Do not e-mail us with a request to call you, if you have a question, please ask in the e-mail.   All dogs are adopted on a first come - first served basis. 🌸 Meet Yuna — The Sweet Momma Ready for Her Forever Home! 🌸 Yuna, the incredible mom of the Final Fantasy litter, has raised her 9 adorable pups with all the love and care a momma could give. Now, it’s her turn to find the forever home she truly deserves! 🏡💖 Her journey started at the Pima County Shelter, where she arrived scared and overwhelmed with her newborn babies. It was tough, but thanks to a loving foster family, Yuna and her pups were whisked away to a safe, quiet home to thrive. 🌟🚗 Yuna has been the most devoted mom, and now that her pups are ready for their adventures, she’s ready to start hers. While she’s still learning to fully trust humans, she’s blossoming more each day—especially with her foster dad, who she’s started to seek affection from. 🥰 This gentle, sweet girl is ready to be loved and spoiled in a home as kind as she is. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, Yuna might just be the perfect fit! 💕 Ready to give Yuna the forever home she’s been waiting for? Story
Welcome the Sweet Treat Litter to the Rescue! 🐾🎉 We’re thrilled to introduce Bella and her adorable Halloween-born puppies, the Sweet Treat Litter! Bella, a beautiful 2-year-old Husky mix, has been an amazing mom to her four precious little ones. Gelato was born 10/31/24 and he loves to play fetch with balls and will bring it back near you but not necessarily to you lol. 😂 He loves to cuddle and loves belly rubs. He loves human interaction and attention. He likes to follow me and my husband around a lot and has gravitated to one of my dogs for playtime. He is great with my cat, he doesn’t bother her at all when she walks by him. He is obviously a puppy still so he needs lots of chew toys for sure and is working on potty training but doing good overall on that. We take him out every hour during the day and he has not had any accidents in our house so far 🤞. He sleeps in his crate through the night but wakes up about 2 times on average to let us know he needs to go potty. This little bundle of joy is still getting comfy in his new space, but we can’t wait to share updates as his unique personality starts to shine. Stay tuned for more about Bella and her pups as they grow and get ready for their forever homes! 💕 To inquire more about them, fill out the form below: https://forms.gle/7dTuG94nZKd839c2A

Introducing the Mythical Creatures litter! 🐉🧚‍♀️ Born on November 13, 2024, this pit-husky mix litter is sure to steal your heart! There are 8 puppies total who love to play and cuddle: Nymph (F) - black Cerberus (M) - black & white Pixie (F) - black Dragon (M) - brown Yeti (F) - black & white Sphinx (F) - black & white Griffin (M) - brown & white Chimera (F) - tan & white Name: Sphinx Breed: Husky/Pit Gender: Female Age: 9 weeks Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: Unsure Good with kids: Yes (2 year old) Good with men: Yes Crate trained/in process of: They have an open crate in their space that they sometimes sleep in, but the door has not been closed on it. Doggy door trained: They're currently too small to be able to get through one. Leash trained: Too young, have not begun leash training yet Knows any tricks: We've started working on "sit" Likes: Loves toys, bones (the long lasting antlers or "toy" bones), cuddling siblings, belly rubs, tennis balls Dislikes: None that we have discovered yet Must haves: She is a huge love bug and always wants to cuddle Apartment dog: Could be! Fun facts: Sphinx is the more "sensitive" soul of her siblings. She loves her people and frequently searches them out. So far she has been pretty quiet and I haven't heard her bark outside of whining with excitement when she sees her people first thing in the morning. Ideal home: Sphinx is a pretty easy going girl. She really loves playing with the permanent residents of her foster home who are all much, much bigger than her. She really likes the toddler resident of the home as well and will chase him around if he starts running with her. She has been amazing when it comes to pottying where she is supposed to! Fun facts: Chimera is a major love bug and one of the lesser crazy pups from her group. She loves cuddling and is majorly obsessed with the 90 pound full time resident dog in her foster home. She inhales her food extremely fast to the point that she begins to choke and requires a break. She would do best with a slow feeder! Ideal home: Chimera would love any home so long as she has toys and someone to cuddle If you’re interested in meeting or adopting any of these cuties, click on the link below to get started: https://forms.gle/7dTuG94nZKd839c2A #lcdrMythicalCreaturesLitter #lcdrCerberus #lcdrNymph #lcdrPixie #lcdrDragon #lcdrChimera #lcdrSphinx #lcdrGriffin #lcdrYeti
