Story
Princess is a beautiful little girl that is mostly husky with a bit of Great Pyrenees in her. She has the Great Pyr double dew claws on her back feet, but she is still small for a husky (45 pounds or so). She is SUPER sweet, loves to give kisses, and is easy peasy on the potty habits. She is crate trained and is allowed to roam free in the house in my absence. She must stay on leash though because she has that husky spirit and wants to roam. Her father was a pure husky (Sam that I have posted as well) and her mother was husky with some Great Pyrenees in her (breeding mistake by backyard breeder). Regardless, this little girl deserves the absolute best home ever. She has so much love to give, is quiet, and so well behaved. She is a keeper, so don't delay so I do not change my mind. lol She is on the slow kill plan for heartworms and the only remaining treatment required will be giving her the monthly heartworm prevention all dogs should be on anyway. All other meds have been given and process is complete. She will need to be heartworm tested in October 2025 to make sure she is heartworm negative at that point which is part of a normal annual vet appointment anyway. The $275 fee helps with rescuer's cost so another life can be saved. Gadsden, AL Email: auburnplayer54@gmail.com

Story
Beautiful Sam is a 5 year old husky from a backyard breeding situation. He is personality plus, is quite the talker, and should be kept on leash like pretty much all huskies so you don't end up chasing him, or worse, losing him. I can say he is good to come to me after a bit of a game if he is distracted which is better than most huskies. lol They are an independent natured breed with a mind of their own. He has normal adult energy and is mostly quiet in the house. He only sings a couple of times a day and it is usually short lived and encouraged by the other furry residents here. He is heartworm positive and has been treated using the slow kill method. Currently, he only requires normal heartworm prevention to be used monthly like any other dog, but will need to be retested as part of a normal vet visit anyway in October of 2025. This boy is so sweet. You would need to be careful with kitties because he does seem a bit distracted by them. He comes inside a good bit though and we watch him closely when the kitties are moving about. The movement gets his attention and he goes towards them, but seems to be easily corrected. Huskies in general can be aggressive towards cats, so I would never leave him alone with them as a good rule of thumb. He is crate and house trained. Sorry about the picture as he is currently in need of a good grooming. But he is so beautiful, sweet, and quite a funny boy that brings lots of joy. The $250 adoption fee helps to cover my expenses so that I can continue to do this work and save lives. Email: auburnplayer54@gmail.com Gadsden, AL
