Story
Tuzik is a friendly and affectionate 2-year-old AKC purebred Golden Retriever with lots of energy and love to give. His favorite things are head scratches, long walks, exploring outdoors, hiking, and swimming. He is house-trained, does well inside, and enjoys sleeping close to his owner. Because Tuzik is young and energetic, he would do best in a home that can give him plenty of exercise, attention, and continued training. A home with a large yard or active owners who enjoy the outdoors would be ideal. Tuzik loves kids, especially older teenagers with lots of energy who can play with him and keep up with his active personality. Due to his excitement, he may accidentally knock over very young children and may not be the best fit for elderly owners. He may have sensitive skin or allergies and could benefit from a veterinarian visit for itching - a shot every 6 months. Tuzik will thrive with someone looking for a loyal companion for outdoor adventures and an active lifestyle.
