Story
Teddy is an eight-month-old, 70-pound, gorgeous, playful, and affectionate, male purebred Golden Retriever puppy looking for a loving guardian.
Teddy was purchased as a 10-week-old puppy. Now that the family situation has changed, he needs to find a new home.
Teddy is a great with all dogs with a proper introduction; he just loves to play and is submissive. He is quietly crate-trained and housebroken. But, he is still in training and needs to go out at least four times a day. He is still a puppy and he loves his toys!
Teddy is a smart lovable dog who enjoys a yard as well as long walks. He knows the command sit, and he walks beautifully on leash, and is great in the car.
Teddy is extremely healthy, neutered, up-to-date on rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, and Bordetella vaccines, microchipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative.
His adoption fee of $1,000 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. He comes complete with everything you need to care for him: crate, food, heartworm pills, bowls, toys, leash, collar, etc.
To meet and possibly adopt Teddy, please fill out an adoption application at https://friendsofpetraits.com/dog-adoption-application/ and follow up to meet him by e-mailing friendsofpetraits@gmail.com
He is currently living in Chicago’s Andersonville neighborhood.
