Story
Scout (cream) is a sweet, gentle 5-year-old golden who can be a bit shy in new environments, but once she feels comfortable with her trusted person nearby, she relaxes and is calm, affectionate, and happy. Scout recently developed a minor UTI and will be starting a short course of antibiotics. We’ll be giving her her treatment and making sure she’s feeling like herself again before moving forward with rehoming. Stella (brown) is Scout’s 4-year-old bonded best friend. She’s playful, outgoing, and full of joyful energy. Her confident, happy nature is a great balance to Scout and helps her feel more secure. Because these two are so closely bonded and rely on each other, our goal is to find a home that can welcome them together. For now, we’re only considering families who are able to adopt Scout and Stella as a pair.
