Best Match: May be a good match for first-time adopters Could join a calm home with kids May be okay with other cats Needs to be indoor only Cat Town will provide 1 month supply of food to adopter Looking for a gorgeous lap cat who loves to cuddle? Sweet, affectionate Davis would love to meet you. This confident boy runs up to greet every guest and volunteer who visits him, and has been waiting patiently (well, perhaps a little impatiently!) for a home to call his own. Although everyone who meets Davis loves this little lad to pieces, we also know he'll need a hero to adopt him. Davis has a neurological disorder, which causes him to have poor coordination, short spasms in his sleep, and he usually urinates during these spasms. He has been examined by a veterinary neurologist and is currently on a prednisolone trial to help improve his condition, but he may continue to have urinary incontinence. He also has a history of urinary crystals that means he'll need a special diet. Davis will continue to have high medical needs and requires an adopter who is able to meet those needs. We know this special boy has one of the biggest hearts in the world, so we're hoping someone with a heart just as big will step into his life. His future family can look forward to cradling him in their arms, grooming his soft fur, watching him gleefully chase after his favorite mylar wand toy, and simply soaking in all the affection he can offer. Davis is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
