Meet Josie. She was found at a local park and no one has reported her missing, no microchip. She was very matted and just got shaved down. Josie appears to be a Maltese mix and her age is estimated to be 1-2 years. She is a tiny 11 lbs. Josie adores other dogs and would love a home with another dog. She is not quite ready for adoption. Hazel is located near Cleveland Ohio. PLEASE CHECK THE DISTANCE BEFORE APPLYING. I donotdo transportation. Hazel is a female havanese girl that needs her forever home. She is friendly and likes kids. She lives currently with other dogs and does good with them. Unsure about cats but she probably would be fine. She is up to date on vaccines and worming and heartworm. She doesn’t potty 🚽 nside as long as tou are consistent with her and get her on a schedule. That said, she is going se to a fenced in yard and i do have to make sure she is out long enough to see her poop. She is crate trained and so far i do crate her when i am not home. She is good for grooming and does not shed.

MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com This 16-pound, 2-year-old Bichon mix is a gentle soul with a soft heart and a quiet way about him. Lennox may start off a bit shy, but once he feels safe, his sweetness shines through. Lennox is potty trained and crate trained—he keeps his crate clean and sleeps peacefully through the night. He enjoys the company of other dogs, doesn't bother cats, and does well with kids, especially when things are calm and gentle. Right now, Lennox isn’t very interested in toys, but that may change as he continues to feel more secure and settled in a home full of love. What he does love? Quiet companionship, gentle reassurance, and being part of the routine. Because this little guy is very fast and still gaining confidence, a fenced yard is required to help keep him safe while he explores at his own pace. Lennox is looking for a family who understands that trust takes time—and who will celebrate every small step forward. If you’re patient, loving, and ready to watch a shy pup blossom into the dog he’s meant to be, Lennox is waiting for you. If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training, & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. Age: 2 years Adoption Fee: $400
