You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Let me introduce – Penny, but being called Charlie Girl This sweetheart is 9-years old with all the spunk of a puppy and a lot of love for naps. She has spent most of her early years confined to a kennel so she is currently working on blossoming into a real dog. While she is a bit cautious Charlie is very happy and really wants to be around her people and will demand you come to her kennel. She will also follow you around just to check in. Added bonus, she is SUPER SOFT!! She was never taught basic commands and her Foster is working on those along with potty/pad training.  She is really smart, so she is making fast progress.  She loves walks and yard time (fenced in would be great but not required) and learned just last week that squirrels should be chased!! Charlie would be great with anyone, but she would THRIVE in a house with another dog – big or small. She is great with kids, babies, adults, small toys and is an expert at breakfast. She has never been tested with cats, but her Foster feels she would be good with them. Koda is a very good boy. He is the perfect definition of a "lap dog". He LOVES to cuddle. Koda is 4 years old and is up to date on vet visits, heartworm and flea/tick medication, and is an indoor dog. He loves to be outside, but would prefer to snuggle up to someone and cuddle on the couch. We do have his brother, Kenai, as well. Our preference would be to keep them together, but understand if we have to separate them.

Kenai is a very affectionate little guy with a lot of love to give. He is great with other dogs and kids, and loves to chase squirrels. He loves to play both inside and out. He is fully vaccinated, up to date on his shots, and heartguard/flea and tick meciations. We do have his brother Koda as well, and would prefer to keep them together if possible. We do understand if we have to separate them.

Hi, my name is Corbin and I am a very shy and timid young guy that is ready to find my forever people with patience, toys and lots of love to help me be the best I can be! I’m very afraid of being touched by humans but I do love them.  Over the past few months, foster mom has been working with me on getting used to touch. She can now hold me and put me in her lap and I know I am safe.  I give her smiles and tail wags.  I’ve been brave enough to lick my foster mom’s hand but I’ll run away if you try to hold me or pick me up.  that whole picking me up thing makes me nervous and I panic, but I do enjoy gentle scratches.  With time, lots of patience and love, I’ll get there.  I’m getting a little better every day but when things are scary, they’re really scary! You have to understand that I likely have never been in a loving home so sounds like the TV, clanking dishes, the horrible vacuum and lots of commotion might make me a little worried. I have shown foster mom that I do have some puppy antics in me, hee hee! I like to play with soft toys, run around the yard and wrestle with the other dogs in my foster home. So, it’ll be important that I have a good doggy role model in my forever home to help me learn that touch isn’t scary and keep learning. A social, well-balanced and confident dog is required. This means that my buddy will need to show me humans are safe, how to get on a potty routine and teach me which toys are the best! My fur-brother and the other dogs in my foster home have been amazing teachers! I am still working on my dog skills like potty training. We go outside on a routine, but I will still need of practice in my forever home. Foster mom wants to let you know that I am smart – I already know what “go potty” means! We tried kennel training, and oh boy, I will tell you how much I don’t like it! Bark bark! Foster mom uses gates for the dogs when she isn’t home. I also bark at her when she comes home – maybe I’m telling you I’m glad you’re home, or maybe I’m filling you in on what happened when you were away!  Also, a fenced yard is required as I don’t have a leash or tie-out experience. This is very important for potty training too. My foster mom said I’m fun, adorable, learns quickly and likes to play with other dogs and that I play hard!  Oh and that I have a wonderful appetite! I will let you know with a bark bark that I am excited for dinner! I’m just an overall, very happy dog who loves the feel of the sun on my face when I’m sitting outside, other dogs and treats.  All I need now is a forever home with lots of patience, unconditional love and a family that will help me be the best I can be!
