Story
I have had Zig since I got him at a shelter when he was one. He has a lot of love to give. He doesn’t love to be left alone without his people. I find myself in a position that I am now divorced, 61, working as a travel nurse to try to save money for retirement. He is alone in places he is not familiar with while I work. We drive across the country. He is good in the car but I don’t think he likes it. I find myself worried about him all day when I work because he is in a strange environment. I know he doesn’t love this lifestyle. I would love to find a home where he can be loved, be stable, go for walks or run around in the yard. This is a very hard decision for me. I have to do this kind of work right now because I didn’t know I would be alone at this age. Please respond if you want the sweetest boy who loves toys, playing catch, loves kids and is obsessed with other dogs. He especially loves his people. He is 11. Has no health problems. He would just benefit from stability.
