Story
Dylan is a tiny little puppy know as a Havamalt, a Havanese and Maltese pup. He is a spirited little guy who will start out a bit shy. He was born in a commercial breeding facility and dogs not have the same puppy experiences a dog might have that was born in your home. He wasn't exposed to the same things at an early age. That being said, he is learning and adjusting well now that he is with us.
He is a happy guy who loves to play with his mates. He will need house training and regular training like any puppy would. He does like to vocalize so he will be best suited for a home rather than an apartment or condo setting. Dylan is a little guy causing him to be more fragile, He can't be in a home with little kids but would be fine with older kids.
Like all puppies, he will need structure and a patient, loving home. We recommend training for all puppies—not only to give Dylan important learning skills, but because you and your puppy will create a stronger bond just by going through the training together.
Dylan is fully vetted. He has been neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines, and is microchipped. Subsequent vaccines will be at the expense of his adopter. His adoption donation is $1200..00. He is on the hunt for his own completely committed family. Little dogs can live to be 20+ years old, so Dylan wants to be sure his family is all in for better or for worse!
IF INTERESTED IN A PUPPY (UNDER 9 MONTHS): You must have a very flexible work schedule or someone home all day. Puppies need to be let out to potty often. They need socialization, bonding, and training (housetraining and behavioral training). If you work long hours, have a busy social schedule, or are not financially secure, then a puppy is not for you.
