Story
This absolutely precious pup is Marshall and he is one year old, Havapoo (havanese/poodle mix-best guess) that came to us from a backyard breeder who no longer wanted him. We are looking for a very special home for our sweet boy. Marshall will come to you a little scared and shy so he needs a family that will work with him to overcome that. He needs patience and love. We are looking for a home with another sweet and playful dog which will definitely help Marshall come out of his shell. A home with owners that are not gone long hours during the day would be ideal along with a safe and secure backyard for him to play in. Marshall is such a wonderful dog who just needs that little extra TLC to make him feel safe and loved. He is a sweet dog who deserves the best forever home out there! Marshall is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. We only adopt in So Calif as an in person meet/greet, home check and trial period are required. Story
Niles COH is a 1 year old neutered Havanese and Lhasa Apso Mix with a soft, expressive face and a gentle, observant way of moving through the world. He arrived as an owner surrender alongside Bella Bee and Big Foot, and is now settling into a new environment with quiet curiosity. He has a thoughtful personality—more of a watcher than a rush-in type—taking time to understand his surroundings before engaging. Once he feels comfortable, Niles shows a calm affection and enjoys steady companionship, especially from people who respect his pace and let him come forward on his own terms. Niles would do best in a home that offers consistency, patience, and a peaceful rhythm. In the right environment, he has all the makings of a deeply loyal little companion who bonds with intention and stays close to the ones he trusts. PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE INQUIRING AND PLEASE REFRAIN FROM REACHING OUT UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO COMMIT THESE ANIMALS DESERVE SOMEONE READY TO COMMIT TO THEM! Text or email for direct contact with rescuer located in Palmdale approved for same-day adoption (661)609-2186 memeco635@gmail.com Hey guys, I’m Marley. I’m a Havanese Maltipoo mix. My brother and I were surrendered by our Previous Owners family. Unfortunately, they got deported and their family didn’t want to take care of us. I’ve spent most of my life outside, but I am potty trained since coming to the rescue. I’ve made a lot of new friends and I’m very social and very sweet. My rescuer thought it would be nice to hire someone who didn’t have much experience to give me a haircut so I’m looking a little funny right now, but when my hair grows back, I promise I’ll look like my original picture. She decided not to allow that person to shave my brother, but I am more social and outgoing and playful, and I would be great as an only dog or a companion for another dog. I’m pretty laid-back. I don’t have any bad habits, but I really love people I would fit almost any family dynamic whether you live in an apartment or a big house I would do great. I do understand most commands in Spanish, but I’m learning to understand English. If you think I would make a great addition to your family, please reach out to my rescuer with the information listed above my story text or email only please as calls do not go through and schedule a time to meet with me I am approved for same-day adoption and I look forward to meeting you!

Story
Meet Norangi! She is the sweetest most adorable girll! She is a 1 year old that was rescued from a breeding farm before heading to a dog meat farm in South Korea.  We have partners we work with there that pull these dogs from the worst horrors imaginable.  Many of these dogs start off in horiffic puppy mill type facilities on tiny rabbit cage size wire crates in complete filth.  If they are not sold at 6 or 8 weeks then they either stay for a couple years to be used to breed more and then are sold off to the meat trade, or they are sold off right away.  Jindo's and Tosa's are the most common meat type dogs, and are very commonly bred specifically for their meat and the meat farms also act as breeding farms until they reach a good age and weight. South Korea is one of the only countries that actually farms dogs for their meat.   Restaurants will serve a dish called " bosintang ", which stands for "dog meat soup". It's a popular dish in South  Korea,  and is said to act as an aphrodisiac for men.    Little dogs are used for elixirs and potions.  The younger generation is mostly against this practice and many choose to not eat them, and we can only hope in time with education and generations of change that an end will come to this horrific trade.  Norangi and some of her family and friends have been flown here for a chance at a future and a real life.  These are miracle dogs that they are alive today.  Our adoption fee is $600 which helps offset some of the flight costs.  If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application form at  https://form.jotform.com/oscarlucy/dog-adoption-app May 10, 2026, 4:54 pm
