This pretty classic tabby is Evangeline. Evangeline arrived here with her sister Nadia after they were found abandoned in their prior home. A super sweet girl, Evangeline has luxating patellas. `Luxating patella is a condition where the kneecap (patella) moves out of its normal groove on the femur (thigh bone).` This will be a management issue which the feline staff can further discuss with potential adopters and it doesn`t seem to affect her negatively at this time. Evangeline is an active and playful girl who loves attention, pets and is an absolute purr machine! Evangeline and Nadia are quite the bonded pair with so much love to give. If they could find a home where they`ll receive as much love as they give, they`ll have a perfect life. This lovable and sweet blue-eyed girl is Nadia. Nadia arrived here along with her sister Evangeline after they were found abandoned in their prior home. Nadia is a strong and resilient young cat, who despite having deformed back legs, moves about and seeks attention and affection from those who will provide it. She`s quick to greet you to try to play and sit on your lap. This incredibly sweet girl has lived indoors only and must remain so due to her condition and she is completely bonded to her sister Evangeline. Their ideal home environment would be a single level home, so they can navigate their surroundings with ease. The staff is asking they be adopted through our Buddy Program. Meet Ruby! Ruby is a laid-back lady looking to be the queen of the castle. Having arrived here from a busy household, this green-eyed beauty is hoping for a quieter home without other cats or dogs. Ruby is a very friendly and sweet girl who would do best with teens and older. She loves her people, but can become a bit shy when strangers visit. Although shy to start, once she comes out of her shell, she`s truly a lovely girl with a dog-like personality who will follow you around. She also enjoys finding toys and amusing herself with them! Ruby will need to be on a strict dietary regimen as she could stand to lose a few pounds.
