Tia's gentle nature extends to her compatibility with both cats and dogs. While she may initially shy away from unfamiliar canines, a result of a past encounter with a husky, she generally tolerates them well after gaining trust. Though she prefers solitude and rest over constant companionship, Tia is reliably present when it's time to eat. Spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and equipped with a microchip, Tia is poised to join a family that welcomes her as a cherished member without expecting her to be a lap cat. She takes delight in her cat tower and high shelves, demonstrating the typical feline love for elevated spaces. I found this friendly cat a month ago. Friendly from the start and stuck around the building after I first fed her. She was very skinny when I found her but has put on a little weight since then. She is very shy and WILL hiss at you and hide for a couple of weeks. (Please have a private space for her to call her own while she gets use to you). I don't know if she has had her shots or is tagged. (She hisses when I pick her up) I think she was abandoned when someone moved out. I am hoping to find her the RIGHT loving home she deserves.
