Perry is a sweet boy, who loves attention from people, but is wary of other cats- they pick on him! For that reason, he has some marking issues that we're working on, & we recommend that he be an only cat, or maybe with a very friendly, non- dominant cat in his new home. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FeLV/FIV negative (unless noted), microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. ***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the adoption application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org*** Elle is a beautiful girl.  She is actually a dilute calico although she is mostly grey with just a few spots of peach in her thick soft fur.  Elle and her sister Eliza were part of a rescue where there were just too many cats for the owner to care for.  The sisters were born spring of 2020 but sadly the girls didn't receive the socialization they needed in order to trust and appreciate the affection from humans.  They have gotten better during their time at the shelter and would likely do even better in a home environment but they are still timid.  Elle is more welcoming to gentle pets than her sister.  Elle would need a quiet home with a family that is willing to be patient with the her while she learns that she is safe in order for her to be comfortable in her new home.
