Story
Meet Thalia, a 4-year-old tortie point Siamese with a heart full of potential. This cross-eyed beauty was surrendered to a shelter with high euthanasia rates, Thalia was understandably shaken and took some time to come out of her shell. Losing her home was a traumatic experience, and she's still learning to trust again. Even still, she's a sweet girl. Thalia is looking for a calm, understanding home with experienced cat owners who can appreciate the journey of helping a shy cat blossom. She thrives in an adult-only environment where she can feel safe and secure. Like most torties, Thalia has a bit of tortitude and is apt to tell you when she's had enough attention. Since we don't know her history with other pets, Thalia may do best as the only pet in her new home, where she can be the center of attention. We do know though, that she doesn't care for other cats. If you're patient, compassionate, and ready to help Thalia rediscover the joys of life, she's ready to find her forever home with you.

Story
Meet Westin, a 3-5-year-old sweetheart with a unique charcoal coat who might be a little apprehensive at first, but don't let that fool you-he's a cuddle bug just waiting to bloom. All he wants is a cozy lap to curl up on and a loving human to call his own. Once he warms up, he'll be your snuggle partner for life! He loves sleeping on your chest, your lap, or even snuggled up right next to you. This velcro cat will take whatever he can get! And as a bonus, he'll have a full bakery ready for you with all the biscuits you'll ever want. Westin gets along great with other cats and would love a younger feline friend to hang out with-he's been told he makes an amazing "kitten uncle!" He loves to play!! He's also lived with dogs and handled it like a champ. However, he thrives in a calm, predictable environment, so a home without children would be best for him. He can be a little bit skittish and is afraid of thunderstorms (and probably fireworks), but the longer he's in a home the more comfortable he gets. Westin was found living with community cats in Nebraska. He was caught by a TNR group who realized he was too friendly to return outside. After lots of love and medical care, he was transferred to us to find the perfect forever home for this boi full of purrrsonality. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will fill your home with love, fun, and snuggles, Westin is your guy! Story
The working cats are those who are not the curl-up-on-the-couch-and-snuggle type. These kitties are brought to us as ferals who are unsocialized. These working cats are healthy, independent felines who help to keep their adopters’ barns and properties free of unwanted pests in exchange for food, shelter, and care. In exchange for food, shelter, and care, they will roam and protect your home and property from unwanted, pesky intruders. If you are interested in adopting a working cat (or a few!), please click below to fill out an application! All of our barn cats are spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. We like them to be adopted in atleast pairs of two.  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/48731/generic ##2033368##
