Story
Mocha is undoubtedly the most beautiful kitten from his medium brown hair to green eyes, he is one UNIQUE kitty! Havana brown kitties hardly ever come through rescue, but what luck for us! Mocha is just the sweetest little love who talks to his foster mom and just wants to snuggle with her all the time. He revels in snuggles, affection and pets. He is on her lap at couch time and sleeps next to her or on her at night. Although he's grown up with cats and dogs, and could live with them if they were calm or chill, his best home would be a quiet one with calm teens or no kids and as the only pet. He just wants to be the king of his own castle!  adoption fee $500Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours). Please give us at least a week's notice via wtfnapa@gmail.com or (707) 258-2287 so our volunteers have time to answer messages and get back to you. Thank you!  Cats/kittens come spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and more with an adoption fee/donation to Whiskers, Tails and Ferals in Napa, CA. Story
Brief BioMurphy is 6-month old male gray kitten. He is looking for a forever home with a patient, loving adopter. He`s been in foster for 4-5 weeks to work on his people skills. You`ll notice he has an ear tip, as we weren`t sure if he`d warm up to new people. He`s still working on his confidence but he`s come a long way! He`s eating Hills Science Diet dry food and gets wet food as an occassional treat. He`s a litter box champ!Summary of PersonalityMurphy aka `Boeing` is a quite shy boy. He earned the nickname `Boeing` because his initial response is lay his ears out flat like airplane wings. The foster still gets an occassional hiss when Murphy is feeling unsure. But it`s all for show. The foster can still pet and encourage Murphy without no issues. Murphy does like to play with toys that he can n bat around and chase. He`s still deciding if he likes wand toys or not; right now he backs away from them. You can pick Murphy up if needed, but it`s not his favorite thing. Murphy will need a very patient adopter who understands shy kittens and is willing to meet him where he is and allow him to get comfortable and confident in his new surrounding.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc)Murphy has only been around another kitten that came in with him. Murphy would do best as an only cat or being adopted with Stubby and Patches. He was not comfortable when the resident cat would try to sneak in the house. Murphy would also do better in a home with adults only. He would most likely do well with older children with proper slow introductions using calming voices initially. Won`t you give Murphy a chance to show you what a great cat he can be?Is your foster litter box trained?Yes

Story
Brief BioStubby is 5-month old male kitten that got his name from his short tail. He is looking for a forever home with a patient, loving adopter. He`s been in foster for 4-5 weeks to work on his people skills. You`ll notice he has an ear tip, as we weren`t sure if he`d warm up to new people. He`s come a long way in a very short time and is quite affectionate! He`s eating Hills Science Diet dry food and gets wet food as an occassional treat. He`s a litter box champ!Summary of PersonalityStubby is an absolute purr monster once you gain his trust. He is initially shy and unsure around new people, surroundings, and sounds. He`s quite playful and likes playing with things he can bat around and chase. He`s still deciding if he likes wand toys or not. You can pick Stubby up and he`ll hold onto your shoulder. You can feel him start to relax once you pet him. Once Stubby gets comfortable around you and his surroundings, his true loving and adventurous side will come out. He adores being pet and getting ear scratches. He would love to get adopted with his brother, Patches.Home Life (experience with kids & other pets, etc)Stubby has only been around his brother and another kitten that came in with him. He did well with the teenager in the house, once he got used to him and learned to trust him. With proper slow, supervised introductions, I think Stubby would warm up to other animals and definitely people. A calm, quieter home would be the best setting for Stubby initially until he adjusts, and recommend only older children. Is your foster litter box trained?Yes
