Story
Sully only has good days and he will sure try his hardest to make sure your day is just as good as his. This cuddle bug is always happy to see people and you will find that you have to set boundaries with him as you cannot cuddle 24/7!He has done a wonderful job of making his newest little cat friend, Dr. Quinn, come out of her shell and be more open about being around the humans. This beautiful bonded pair would be a great addition to any home that would enjoy having the ying/yang personalities of these two cats around. Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. You can also submit an application online if I am in foster or you would like to save some time when you come visit. Story
Dr. Quinn was picked up by one of our officers due to bad living conditions and she has had a very rough start to life. We are unsure of how much human contact she has had before coming into the shelter. She is very shy and unsure of hands so she would need a home that is willing to go at her pace and make her feel safe. She is the cutest little cat with the biggest eyes. As you can see from her photos, she was very unsure of humans and tended to shy away from them. We thought she would do really well in a home with another cat. That is where Sully came in! How these two met is just as romantic as the 90's drama series they are named after. Sully is probably the most carefree cat in the lower mainland, everyone is his friend and he does not know what a bad day feels like, having never experienced one. Our team thought it would be worth a shot to put him into foster with Dr. Quinn to see if that would help with her shyness. He really brings Dr. Quinn out of her shell and she will roam around the house and get close to the humans with him and has now progressed to greeting her people when they get up in the morning and when they get home from work, even soliciting gentle pets on the head from them. Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me. Story
Meet Daemon! Daemon was brought to the shelter when his previous guardian was no longer able to care for him.He was a shy and nervous boy initially and felt overwhelmed by shelter life. He has been coming out of his shell, but we think a quieter home would be best for him. Daemon has not lived with cats but his reaction to them in the shelter indicate he would like to be the only cat in the home.. His previous owner did note that Daemon does not care for canine company. In the right home, Daemon will blossom into a lovely companionPlease come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet me.
