Story
Hey there! I’m Niko, and I’m one spry and active beagle mix. I have energy to spare, so I’ll need adopters with an active lifestyle who can keep up with my “on the go” nature! I love to run and according to the kennel staff here at the shelter, my bouts of the “zoomies” are wild! What can I say? I’m one wild and crazy guy. Playing is one of my favorite activities and I thoroughly enjoy my time cavorting in the outdoor pens, playing with toys and having play sessions with other dogs that match my activity level. I would do best in a home with children who are 12+ years, only because I can be a bit mouthy in typical youngster fashion and I could potentially live with another female dog. I have been a bit to much for male dogs. But, no cats for me please – as I may find them a little too much fun to play with. I’m a busy boy due to my hound-like tendencies and I love to follow scents. But I don’t “baroo” like your normal hound dog! I do however, exhibit a loud greeting towards other dogs, but that’s only because I’m SO excited to see them! I would certainly benefit from obedience classes so I can learn to be the best version of myself and I need a bit of assistance with my house training as well. If you have a go-getter attitude yourself and enjoy hiking and working with dogs who want to learn, you may just be the right match for me. All I’m looking for is love in all the right places! If you think I could be a good fit for your family, please call the kennel staff at (413)-447-7878 ext. 126 to learn more about me and how to meet me!Dogs: Potentially female dogsCats: NoKids: 12+Weight:

Story
Hi there! I’m Bobby, and I’d be so happy to meet you because I love everyone! I’m just a happy-go-lucky gentleman who enjoys the company of other dogs, cats and children. You can say I’m a well-rounded fellow who is suitable in most home environments. I’m mostly house trained, but I have accidents from time to time due to some medical issues. With time and management, I can certainly live a fulfilling life with appropriate care. I’ve started a weight-loss regimen since arriving at the shelter, and my new family will have to continue my weight management program so I stay healthy, happy and well. Kennel staff will choose the most appropriate home for me due to my medical needs, which you can discuss with them further if you’re interested in adopting me. Will you take a chance on the forever love I’ll provide you? If I sound like a good fit for you and your family, please call the kennel staff at (413) 447-7878 ext.126 to find more about how to adopt me!Dogs: YesCats: YesKids: YesWeight: 47
