Hi, I’m Cooper. Yes, that Cooper. I’m a 5-year-old Beagle/Basset Hound mix, which means I was born with short legs, long ears, and an extremely important nose. I use my nose to solve crimes, locate snacks, and determine exactly where you’ve been today. I enjoy walks, but not for the reasons you think. I walk to sniff. If you try to rush me, I will simply stop and pretend my legs no longer work. When you call my name, I will hear you—but I may need a moment (or several) to decide if it’s worth responding. I am sweet, funny, and fully aware that I deserve a comfy bed and a steady snack budget. I come with built-in hound sass, dramatic sighs, and a face that says “you’re lucky I love you.” If you’re ready to be owned by a hound who follows his nose and his heart (mostly his nose), I’m your guy. Come meet me. I’ll be the one sniffing the floor.
