HI - I'M APPLE JAX! (Ajax for short)! I'm a happy and fun male Greyhound-Pittie mix, possibly with some shepherd mixed in, in need of a foster or forever home. I'm such a happy, quirky dog! I would be a great companion for an active person who wants a mix of a couch potato and active canine pal. I'm a funny dude with a handsome face and long legs. I love to run and play, and I love my toys, too. I would be great in a home that can provide me some love and attention. Despite my 3-year-old age, I still feel like a puppy! I do fine with some dogs but not others, so would probably do best as the only dog in the home if you can have me! I will love you forever! I've been waiting awhile and keep getting overlooked, probably because I'm an unusual combination of dog breeds. I'm super cute, though! Can you foster or adopt me? I weight only 57 lbs. HI - I'M SWEETIE! I'm an adorable 1-year-old brindle & white Greyhound/Shepherd mix, waiting for my forever home. I was rescued from a crowded California shelter along with two of my sisters, and now I'm in a foster home near LA. I am sweet, shy and friendly. I weigh only 30-35 lbs and am a great size for a house, condo or an apartment. I would do well with an active person or people who can take for walks, hikes and other outings. I love other dogs, too! He was calm and relaxed when introduced to a new setting, happily sniffing around and making himself at home. Buster is great with people, and gets along wonderfully with larger breeds of dogs—he’s particularly friendly with Izzy, a female greyhound, and had no issues with two large male dogs. Buster walks beautifully on the lead and enjoys spending time with his humans. She’s always happy to come up for pats and walks beautifully on the lead, making her a joy to take out on walks. Angelia is great with other greyhounds, she's not to keen about small dogs, however. We're working with her on guarding her food, so it’s recommended to feed her separately to ensure everyone’s comfort. When she's in the backyard, she loves playing with her toys and doing zoomies, showing off her playful side.
