I’m a simple dog! I love a good bowl of kibble in the morning! I love a nice trot around the yard. I don’t like to lay on the couch for extended periods of time. I prefer to lay on the concrete floor next to the couch. It may have something to do with having a double coat? Either way I’m cool!!! And I know what you are going to say….. I have beautiful eyes!! I get that a lot. But don’t get the wrong idea I’m not a White Walker or anything(GoT fans you know what I’m talking about) I might look intimidating but I am a huge Teddy Bear of a dog and just a Bull in a china shop:) I don’t mind my crate! It’s quite comfy! I love Fosser dad. He takes me for walks and also watches football with me! He plays with me lots too! I like that! I love to walk and I’m a very nice walker. I love to be outside with everyone . I’m just a simple dog, looking for my forever home. I love little Hoomans but I am a bigger boy and strong but I’m gentle too. I love to give sloppy kisses and I love to cuddle on the couch and watch the news, a movie or whatever. I just want to be with you, and only you! I would rather not share my time with other dogs, especially smaller ones or any small animals for that matter. I just would rather be with you! I have been professionally trained. I know Sit Stay Shake Down Off Leave it Drop it as well as getting brushed and blow dryers are my jam too!! #adoptblue  November 4, 2024, 10:45 pm

Meet Sophie! Sophie is a 4-year-old, 89-pound St. Bernard mix who’s as sweet as they come! She’s a big, lanky cuddle bug who absolutely loves attention. Whether she’s lounging outside, gazing out the window, or napping on the couch, Sophie is happiest just being near her people. She’s a calm girl with the occasional burst of puppy energy - watch out for her adorable zoomies in the yard! Sophie is great in the car, walks beautifully on a leash, and rarely pulls. She’s a bit shy and may be timid with new faces or places, but with a little patience, she quickly warms up. Sophie would do best with slow introductions to other dogs and with kids who understand her size and her timid nature. Just like the classic debate- Left Twix versus Right Twix... both sides together ARE THE BEST!!! I am the same way, I am sweet on one side and salty on the other- together we are perfect! I have a tale to tell, however, none of it matters anymore because I am here right now to tell you- the best is yet to come! I am a big love bug, and although I can be nervous at first- I settle in quickly to be just a big couch potato! I am good with other dogs and would love to have a friend for life in my forever home. I am good with calm older dogs, not much for puppy energy all.the.time... :) I love kids, and would be great with school aged/teenagers (and not many others LIKE teenagers so I can be their buddy :) and would be good in a calmer/quieter home. I want so much to please my family and will look to you for love and attention. I also need a strong leadership family- I have tried to take over control in my first adoptive home and it was not appreciated. SO, you need to be my boss, it's not hard- just let me know you are someone I can trust to keep me safe and take EXCELLENT care of me- with love and more love and I will LET you be in control. Simple as that :) I am a big boy, about 75#, with GORGEOUS colors and markings. I will melt your heart when you look into my amber eyes and into my sweet soul. So don't hesitate, ADOPT ME!!
