Story
𝑴𝒆𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑴𝒖𝒕𝒕𝒔: ❤️ SELINA ❤️🐾 Selina made the journey from Georgia to Wisconsin on 2/15/25, and She's already thriving in her loving foster home. She is incredibly affectionate and has quickly bonded with her foster mom, following her around wherever she goes! Selina, with her adorable white chest, has a bit of a special story. She has a fractured ulnar and radial bone in her left front leg, which is about 5-6 weeks old. Thankfully, the injury has healed quite well, but she still needs a few more weeks of restricted activity to ensure a full recovery. She'll be on light duty for the next 6 weeks, but she's already showing signs of being an amazing companion. She is super smart, loyal, playful, and such a sweet girl. She is off leash with a great recall. She doesn't want to leave your side whether you are doing barn chores outside or hanging around the house. She really is an awesome dog with a great disposition. Story
Cassie is a beautiful pup— a confirmed mix of golden retriever, Great Pyrenees, and husky. At approximately 9 months old, Cassie is said to be pleasant, sweet, agile, and the ultimate cuddler. Cassie has a little energy and loves to play with her foster siblings— maintaining appropriate play and submits to other dogs. Because Cassie is still young, she requires continued training and a forever home that will commit to teaching manners. As a plus, she understands “no,” and is eager to please— ensuring to take her treats gently. Cassie likes food, but not particularly food motivated.

Story
This is Juneau. He is a 1.5-2 year old Great Pyrenees/Shepard mix. He was found wandering our apartment garage in Houston, Tx. We moved to Wisconsin the week after we found him and did not have the proper time to vet foster families, so we opted to bring him with us. Our decision to rehome him was not an easy one to make, but we ultimately decided it would be unfair to him if we kept him in a 1200 sqft apartment. He is a good boy, loves his toys and being outside. He has some separation anxiety (howls for about 5 mins after we leave - but settles down and sleeps rest of time). We would be happy to go more in depth on his story for those who are interested!

I'm a goofy boy that loves to play but also likes to get all the pets. I am great with dogs, kids and cats so I can be the perfect addition to your family! I absolutely ADORE getting a bath and blow out. Fun fact about me is that I also give hugs! I unfortunately suffer from having seizures but my medicine helps and it doesn't stop me from having fun!!! Story
If you are searching for a great family pet who has the most soulful brown eyes, look no further! This gentle sweet girl is the answer and her name is Glory. Glory adores and worships kids and wants nothing more than to be near them. Her best days are spent running along side them, sitting under their chair and laying next to them as they play. She is mellow, laid back and loves being at home with her people. Glory is potty trained, knows “sit, wait, potty and go in” (come inside or go into a room). Currently, she does not use a crate, but would  revert to it easily. She sleeps in a small room with a gate simply propped at the door. A harness is used when walking her and she needs to improve on not reacting to other dogs. Not one to play with toys much ( unless taunted by another dog to tug), she loves bones, treats and kongs. At times, Glory may try to leave the house without permission. Glory has lived in a house (and yard) with a variety of visiting dogs and a “ sister”. She has no experience with cats and the barking of small dogs makes her nervous. She should not be homed with small animals. If you are looking for your new best buddy, you have found her and she’s waiting to go home with you! Glory is up to date on vaccines, h2 negative and spayed. Apply at forrescue.net
