Story
Abby is a gorgeous 2 year old mixed breed female. Her DNA test revealed she is 56% Pyrenees, and a small percentage of many other breeds. She has a beautiful brown and white coat and a sweet but shy personality. She weighs about 75 pounds. Abby is a very sweet girl who has lots of love to give. She can be very shy at first, but once she gets to know you she enjoys people of all ages. She particularly loves her foster mom and and the resident 13 year old boy, but she enjoys spending time with the other kids of varying ages in the home as well. She can be a little nervous around men. She is potty trained and is not destructive. She gets along well with dogs of all ages and sizes. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, up to date on Heartworm prevention, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She is being fostered in Delavan, WI. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. If you’re not already familiar with our group, please feel free to visit our Group Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TxRescueRidersCommunity If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. Story
Hi! My name is Yuki. I am a Great Pyrenees with good manners!! I am looking for my forever home so here's a few things about me! I am good on a leash and love to receive love as well as give it. I'm a goofy boy that loves to play but also likes to get all the pets. I am great with dogs, kids and cats so I can be the perfect addition to your family! I absolutely ADORE getting a bath and blow out. Fun fact about me is that I also give hugs! I unfortunately suffer from having seizures but my medicine helps and it doesn't stop me from having fun!!! If you are interested in adopting Yuki please fill out an application on our website. He is being fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Story
Meet Gertie, a sweet and gentle 1-year-old pup with a heartwarming story of resilience. Rescued from a high-kill Texas shelter, Gertie gave birth to 9 puppies on the day she was set to be euthanized. Despite her tough start, Gertie’s loving nature shines through. She's docile, submissive, and plays well with other dogs, while being non-reactive toward cats. Gertie sleeps quietly in her crate and enjoys both playtime and relaxing by your side. Due to her past, she needs a patient and loving home, especially when it comes to warming up to men. Could you be the one to show her the world? FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping. For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics. To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.

Story
This quiet man is slowly learning his new day to day schedule and accepting meeting new people. What he would prefer is no other animals to be in his home. Unfortunately Ozzy has been passed around from person to person with no real structure. Very sad for any animal. What Ozzy would like in a home? To be able to lounge around on a comfy bed or couch, taking walks with his person and really just being a dog. What Ozzy would NOT like in his home? No other animals or small kids. We know Ozzy has a lot of potential to be an amazing boy! Ask about the him today!
