Story
RykerGreat Pyrenees XApprox 1 YearRyker is an abandoned dog looking for his new family. Amazing with kids although exuberant on occasion. Loves all people. Goofy, charming. The vet called him a sweet gentleman. He is working on potty training. Crate trained. Not good with cats but does well with dogs after his excitement wears off. He is 70 lbs now but we are working on adding weight. Loves brushing and cuddling and wresting with his foster siblings. Always has a goofy grin on his face.apply at wbdr.org

Story
Remi is a loving and protective 3 yr old rescue. He's come a long way with our family, but has become extra protective since our twins joined the pack, especially with less familiar folks, therefore sadly we decided to re-home him. He loves attention and pets and belly rubs. He thinks he's a lap dog and will literally sit his bottom in your lap. He isn't good with most other dogs, reacts by barking lunging etc. likely due to lack of early socialization as a stray, paired with anxiety, but he did befriend our dog trainers dachshund. We use a pinch collar to help keep him under control on walks. He does well with our cat although we have a gate separating them moreso because the cat is super skittish. He has been gentle and relatively calm around the babies, but would probably be better around older kids/teens. He loves peanut butter, cheese and hot dogs. He takes some time to build trust. He's never had accidents inside, but also has hip dysplasia that's controlled with pain medication.
