We found this lovely little girl on the side of the road. A Great Pyrenees mix, she weighs only about 10 pounds but will grow to an even lovelier 60 pounds. Tinkerbell is a Great Pyrenees mix of 4 months, a pup who loves to play with other dogs. She also loves toys, likes water and is affectionate to all. She's a great pup! Story
Sam is a 3-year-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing 75 pounds. His coat is long and white, his attitude is mixed. By that we mean that he should probably be the only animal in the house. He's isn't doing well with other dogs right now, but we're going to watch to see if this continues. Otherwise he's an affectionate boy who loves touring the play yard and taking a good nap when he so desires! A great boy! Story
9 month old Sokka is a mix of Great Pyrenees and Retriever. He's a handsome fella who won't be a huge boy when mature; in fact, he'll be about 60 pounds. Sokka is named after a fictional character, but there's nothing pretend about our boy. Take a close look at his pictures, at his eyes, and you'll see shyness there. But it's a shyness that is easily tempered by time, understanding, and a stroking of his fine and long coat. He does love this as much as he enjoys playing with his friends. No, there's nothing imagined here. If you take Sokka home with you, you'll see as he comes out of his shell to become yours. (posted 1/18/25, ME; UPDATE 5/10/25) LOWER FEE! IN PA!! Adoption Fee: $ 150 Transport Fee: $100.00-- **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **May 25, 2025, 4:31 pm

Story
Jumping Jack Junior is a dog with a huge smile and the most handsome good looks ever.   He is a Golden/Great Pyr mix that is only one year old and weighs 61 pounds.  We are guessing his breed but he seems more Golden in size and then more Great Pyr in appearance.  This boy is joyous and couldn't be more of a free spirit and  with an inviting personality to come and play with him and let him love your family.  Junior found himself in a Texas shelter because his owner was evicted from her home.  The two small 15 pound dogs living there with Junior, also lost their home and are in the shelter.  Junior has been a great big brother to these small dogs and he is most certainly now willing and able to be a friend to other small dogs and animals if needed.  He has no aggression in his soul and he is NOT reactive to any new encounters with other dogs when on a leash.  He is passive and fun loving and adores meeting new people to become his friend.  He is leash trained and housebroken and just one of those gorgeous A+++ dogs that you really need to consider taking home if you like the bigger than life luxurious dogs.  He is a Jumping Jack Prince of a dog.... Junior promises to be one of your best decision when adopting a dog to be by your side for the next 15 years.  If you are interested please don't hesitate and contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   We can adopt him to Tennessee residents and also can transport him to northeastern families.  Just mention when you live when inquiring and asking for an application.    PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 19, 2025, 1:16 pm

Story
Have you ever seen cuter puppies than these Lab/Great Pyr mix babies?   Born on March 17th this litter of 12 pups, mostly girls , are now seeking homes to start a new life.   At 9 weeks these girls are only 10 pounds and very sweet.  Beautiful and well socialized, These pups were born to a mom who is 65 pounds and a version of a Great Pyr and something else.  She is solid white as well.       Our guess is that these pups will be the same size as mom and in the 55-65 pound range.   Critter Cavalry Rescue has started the process of giving all of their parvo distemper shots, series of 3 shots and they are being wormed and fed a healthy brand of puppy chow that will help them grow big and strong.  These puppies have been with young children in the original home they were born in.  This is how we can assure you that they are 'kid proof' and have been handled and hugged.  The momma Dog has been spayed as of 5/29 and she will never again have an accidental litter.   But these will be her legacy.  Momma Winnie is a soft, sweet girl with a loving temperament and easy going personality.  All of the puppies seem to take after her and we are very excited about placing them in the best homes possible over the next 4 weeks.    If you are interested, please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue  at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  Please let us know where you live.  We transport from Nashville, TN to the northeastern states as well as adopting locally in Tennessee.                    PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 29, 2025, 10:36 pm
