Story
Some people have space heaters under their desks to keep their feet warm- with Ellie, you won’t need that anymore! This precious girl is a total office dog, she loves to lay under our desks here at the rescue, and she’s so warm and friendly with everyone that she meets that she could definitely become a staple at your office! Put this girl on the payroll- department: HR, job title: Morale Booster! We estimate Ellie’s age to be around 2 years old, just past the terrors of puppyhood but still young and eager to learn. Ellie is believed to be a Great Pyrenees, Lab mix, but she is a rescue so her exact age and breed are unknown to us and cannot be guaranteed. Meet Ellie here: https://youtu.be/_nUYZvE4gCA?feature=shared The first thing people notice about Ellie is her beauty, and the second thing people notice about Ellie is her kindness. This sweet girl greets strangers with relaxed body language, a wagging tail, and as many kisses as they’ll allow. She’ll haul the front half of her body up onto the couch to give you her signature half snuggle, and she’ll let you hug and snuggle her. She has such soft fur too- petting Ellie is scientifically proven to reduce stress! With other dogs, Ellie is just as friendly! She’s relaxed, warm and welcoming with new dogs, and playful too! She’ll sniff a few times, and then bounce over, stretch into a big play bow, and then it’s off to the races! Chase and wrestling are her specialty, but she’s not too rough with the other pups. She has a lightness to her that makes even her most energetic jumps land softly, which is appreciated by the other dogs at the rescue. Ellie could thrive in just about any multi-dog home, she’s a total doggy-daycare type, a polite socialite with her canine companions. Here at the rescue, Ellie met a kitty. She was perfectly unfazed by their first meet and greet, and the second time around it only got cuter- Ellie gave our house cat some forehead kisses! We think Ellie would be perfectly fine living in a home with a dog-savvy kitty. Ellie has many of the “good dog” skills down already, she has good house manners and doesn’t pull too much on leash. She is still learning her leash manners, and with a little more polishing she’ll be a perfect walking companion in no time. Ellie also has a wonderfully balanced energy level that allows her to both play-play-play outside and settle quickly for a nap once inside. Ellie does ask that we let her potential adopters know that she is scared of passing cars, this is true for many rescue dogs but it is worth mentioning that Ellie handles that stress incredibly well. She doesn’t get grumpy with humans or other dogs because of it, she doesn’t run away or pancake to the ground- she’s a very good and well mannered girl! Because of this, we think she would be happier in a home in a suburban or rural area- no “big city life” for this soft and easy going girl. Ellie is ready for her happily ever after! She could do well in a multi-dog home, or as your one and only. She could live with dog-savvy kitties! While we haven’t seen her with kids just yet, we think Ellie could make a good family dog for a home with kids over 5. We do not recommend Ellie for a home with dogs under twenty pounds. We believe Ellie would be happier in a house than in an apartment. Ellie will require a family that is dedicated and willing to follow our standard decompression protocol. We are willing to test Ellie with anything you need us to in order to ensure he is the perfect match for you! We can make most anything happen! Just let us know. The adoption fee is $825 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectible, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship! We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: ● Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family ● Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test ● 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion ● A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions ● 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription ● Coupons for a fun visit to Petco ● 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions ● Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer ● Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission! Follow our rescue journey and connect with us on our website and social media platforms. Together, we can make a difference, one adoption at a time. https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life? You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Kaycee! &#239&#184&#143 Kaycee is a laid-back and lovable Pyrenees/Poodle mix, born October 18, 2024. As of January 30, 2025, he weighs 18.4 pounds and could grow to be around 70 pounds when fully grown. Kaycee, along with his two siblings, Beth and Jaimie, and their sweet mom, was rescued by a Poodle enthusiast who wanted to ensure they found loving homes instead of being sold for breeding. Their mom has since been spayed, and now Kaycee is ready to find his perfect family! Unlike his more energetic siblings, Kaycee is a chill guy who dreams of being a couch potato—his ideal day consists of lounging around, watching cartoons, and soaking up belly rubs. While he still has some playful puppy moments, he’s happiest when relaxing by your side. If you’re looking for a gentle, easygoing companion who will happily cuddle up with you for movie nights, Kaycee is your guy! Apply today at www.adoggie4you.org  to give this sweet boy a forever home!  His adoption fee is 400.  d This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 7, 2025, 9:55 pm

Story
Tobin and Mason had a rough start, spending the first seven months of their lives outside with minimal human interaction. When they first arrived at Pasado’s, they were understandably hesitant and unsure of the world around them. However, these two sweet boys have made incredible progress thanks to their love for other animals. Playing with confident, social dogs has helped them come out of their shells and become more comfortable in their new environment. The real turning point for Tobin and Mason came when they were introduced to our resident alpacas. These boys now love spending their days roaming the pasture, getting gently groomed by the alpacas, and even grazing grass together! Their bond with the alpacas has been truly heartwarming to witness.Tobin and Mason can be adopted together or separately, but they would thrive in a home where they can freely choose to spend their time indoors or outdoors and choose the amount of human contact they’re comfortable with. An ideal home would also have other animals, such as a friendly dog, to help them feel at ease and provide companionship. If you're looking for a pair (or a single) to enjoy a peaceful, nature-filled life with, Tobin and Mason could be the perfect match for you!

PLEASE DIRECT INQUIRIES ABOUT ADOPTABLE DOGS TO OUR FACEBOOK. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS VIA EMAIL DUE TO LIMITED STAFF. OUR CONTACT IS THROUGH FACEBOOK MESSENGER. https://www.facebook.com/REDRescueEveryDog/ Katya is a 1.5 year old (DOB 2021), spayed, Great Pyrenees (GP). GP dogs are a livestock guardian breed. Katya has been a very sweet girl in her current caregiver’s home and farm. She likes people she meets. Note: she has had no experience with young children. She lives with other dogs and, in that situation, is considered a lower member when it comes to pack dynamics. She has been good with horses and mule livestock. At this time, she is NOT free-range chicken approved. She has been easy to bathe and groom. When she doesn't like you brushing or something, she'll just gently take your hand in her mouth. That is a very normal GP reaction. Since she is a Great Pyrenees, she barks when outside and can hear, smell, or sense change or predators, as this is a livestock guardians’ job. Like all great Pyrenees, she will dig holes and has dug under fences. This is a thing for many GP. They are an amazing breed but require a bit higher-level dog skills and involvement that create kind pack leadership. Most dogs require a fenced yard. We seek fully fenced yards with a physical, visible fence. Typically, the fence must be connected to the house/ a door in the home, and the dog safe fenced area must exclude driveway and car access. Shock/electronic fences will not be approved for most dogs. A sturdy, high quality crate is also required (due to safety concerns, no wire or soft crates will be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). We will be considering homes in W. Wa and possibly Oregon, no other out of state adoptions at this time. Adoption donation is $450.00 to help cover his neuter, daily care, vetting, etc. THIS DOG IS IN FOSTER CARE IN POULSBO, WA. MEET AND GREETS WILL TAKE PLACE THERE AS WELL. REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION: - Securely and visibly fenced yard - Sturdy/safe crate, due to the safety hazard wire crates will be not be accepted. Impact, Ruffland, 4 point contact locking door Skyline, Zinger Winger, etc type crate). - Western Washington (WA), and possibly Northern Oregon locations at caseworker discretion.
