Toby needs a nice family. ASAP. Please help. If we have to leave without him before finding a new family my neighbor will feed him & you can pick him up from her. Due to unfortunate medical situation with my mom in Texas. WE CANT TAKE HIM WITH US. Have to hurry. WE WANT SOMEONE TO LOVE HIM AS MUCH AS HE GIVES....Which is alot of sweet love & companionship. Indoor/Outdoor. Great Pyrenese. Must have tall fence for potty breaks & play with you. Will play like a playful puppy with you...then lay his head on your lap when u sit down. So very sweet. Good with babies & kids & adults alike. Also loves his kitty cats... snuggles & nuzzles noses with his cat friends. Shots & a professional grooming were all recently given on 11/22/24. $100 Rehoming fee. Call me for more info & pics. He is gorgeous!! Bright white with calico ear & tail markings. You might be able to pick him up after we leave for Texas if my neighbor feeds him for me for a bit.

Story
ntroducing Sanggeun, our lovable furry friend! This charming pup is a people-person through and through—ready to soak up all the pets and attention from anyone, including strangers! However, when it comes to little ones, sudden movements and loud noises can startle him a bit. If children are calm and gentle, he’s happy to hang out. Although he’s not a fan of being carried or lifted up, he’s a big fan of canine companions, especially smaller or similar-sized dogs. He’s a true protector, but only when needed—stepping up if other dogs are too rowdy or aggressive. Birds? Squirrels? They definitely catch his eye during walks, but with a bit of leash training, he’s working on his focus. In terms of energy, he’s got the perfect balance—loving outdoor adventures but a total zen master indoors. While he might tug a little on walks, once he settles, he’s an excellent leash follower. Busy streets can be overwhelming, so quieter spots are more his style. No guarding resources from people, but he might issue a gentle growl if other dogs get too close. When it’s time to travel, he prefers a cozy crate in the car—helping ease those nerves and avoiding any car sickness. One thing’s for sure—he’s a potty pro outdoors only! Basic commands like sit, stay, paw, and eye contact? Nailed it! And did we mention he’s a sucker for ice cubes? If you’re ready to welcome this gentle giant into your heart and home, reach out to our team today to make him a part of your family! Story
Meet Bodhi! This fabulous boy is a 10 month old Great Pyrenees mix. He is a handsome and smart boy! Bodhi loves other dogs and would love to live in an active home. He is no couch potato and will be a great hiking companion. A home with a yard is a must for him. Bodhi is friendly with all people and shows no signs of guarding (sometimes a trait seen in the Great Pyrenees breed). He is an amazing boy who, with a little bit more training, will be a fabulous family member. He knows some basic commands but pulls a little on the leash. He needs proper mental and physical stimulation so that he does not become bored. We'd love to see him with a family who can include him in all their activities and adventures.  Bodhi is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon! Story
Welcome Athena to CCPAL Rescue. She is a 7-month-old Great Pyrenees that was purchased initially from a breeder. She is a pure-bred GP pup. She weighs about 79 pounds and may be 90 lbs. full grown. The person that is surrendering her didn’t know this dog would be this large. She hasn’t been worked with a lot so has some puppy skills. She isn’t great on leash but we will work with that. A Great Pyrenees is a guardian breed and is a wonderful breed for children or with other animals. She is good with a cat and other dogs. She is also good in the car. She is not spayed yet but is on the schedule to be spayed soon. She has a long beautiful coat and would be a perfect breed for the cooler climates. The Great Pyrenees will need a fenced yard. The underground fencing won’t be good for this breed. She is more mellow but should have all the qualities people love about this breed. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 400 and transport is 180. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org See her cute video!!
