Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Maggie Moo is the sweetest gentle giant you will ever meet. When she first came to us she was afraid to be touched and had a list of medical needs needing attention.  She has had an awful beginning but now is Fiercely Loved and the happiest most grateful dog you will ever meet. She loves people and he eyes light up everytime she sees her human. She adore kids and is gentle, but is a big girl so might accidentally knock over a tiny human on accident. She is crate trained and house broken but LOVES her people and would love to nap at your feet all day. No small animals she sometimes runs after things that run, but she does redirect easily for her human. Please reach out for more info on this AMAZING dog.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.100% of every adoption fee is used to rescue and care for homeless animals.  Please consider donating to help us more rescue animals. Story
Hi! My name is Yuki. I am a Great Pyrenees with good manners!! I am looking for my forever home so here's a few things about me! I am good on a leash and love to receive love as well as give it. I'm a goofy boy that loves to play but also likes to get all the pets. I am great with dogs, kids and cats so I can be the perfect addition to your family! I absolutely ADORE getting a bath and blow out. Fun fact about me is that I also give hugs! I unfortunately suffer from having seizures but my medicine helps and it doesn't stop me from having fun!!! If you are interested in adopting Yuki please fill out an application on our website. He is being fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Story
https://foha.org/pet/wally2021/ Hi - Wally is my name! I am a beautiful boy as you can clearly see! As a Great Pyrenees mix I have a beautiful, soft coat and sweet eyes. I am also a dog that needs some space and I love to have room to roam outside. I did not come to FOHA with a lot of information, but they think that I may not have lived much time in a home. Some of the things in the home can scare me like the TV. So I will need to be in a home with no kids because the activity may be too much. I should also not be on a farm with small livestock. I would like a yard and outside space to explore. Apartment and condo living is not a good fit for me. I would do well with a family with Great Pyrenees experience who understands the ins and outs of my breed. I can use some training to help me be the best me! If this sounds like you, please submit an application and my friends at FOHA will schedule a time for us to meet! See you soon!! Story
We adopted Jack from a rescue in South Carolina. Unfortunately, he has not been able to get along with our family dogs despite efforts. He is very loving, likes attention and petting. He would be a great animal if he was the only pup in the house. Jack does resource guard as well to food and whatever he feels is his. This is to only other dogs, not humans. Jack is great with adults and kids. No aggressive behavior witnessed since having him. Jack came to us with heartworm and has been receiving medication. He is neutered and fully vaccinated.
