Story
Meet Blizzard! He is currently 15 pounds, almost 4 months old, and we think he may be a Great Pyrenees/Lab mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place Watch Blizzard’s video here: * coming soon * . Do you need a snuggly little fluffball in your life? (Hint: The answer is always yes.) We think that everyone needs to enjoy the amazing cuddle experience that Blizzard can provide. This affectionate pup is an award-winning snuggle buddy (we gave him that award, full disclosure, for fluffiest floofer snuggles) that just can’t be beat. In fact, several of us are campaigning to change his name to Floofy Warm Snuggle Blizzard, but the vote is at a stalemate, so we will let you decide! This handsome fellow is playful, loving, and did we mention snuggly? His coat is growing in long and soft and you will find yourself petting him over and over (and Blizzard will happily bask in your attention). He is mostly a gorgeous creamy white and cream with a bit of grey at the ends of his ears (along with some faint ear freckles). But perhaps the most amazing part of Blizzard’s physical appearance is his amazing freckled belly - it simply begs for belly rubs! And sure, Blizzard is gorgeous in appearance, but this personable pup has the personality to back it all up. He is friendly and outgoing, and will give out just as many kisses as you give him (plus a few extra, for good measure). This handsome cheerful guy is sure to put a smile on your face and delight everyone he meets. Blizzard is currently in a loving foster home and loves to play with his foster siblings, who are all larger than him. Apply to adopt this charming boy today and bring a little Floofy Warm Snuggle Blizzard into your family! Blizzard is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/66fd58d07ffba218b70b7a6a Please email tim@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1,000.00 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW or the NE at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Lavendar is a lovely and charming female Anatolian Pyrenees. She gets along with everyone; humans and other animals. Lavendar absolutely loves to snuggle and cuddle. She will lay right next to you for hours and give you little doggie kisses. Lavendar is shy, but is slowly building her courage. She is super playful indoors and runs around with her toys. She does not bark much but will make her presence known if she feels like you need protecting. Lavendar will bark at other pets if she thinks they may be hurting you. Once you tell her everything is all right, she sits back down and snuggles against you. This little guardian is such an adorable joy to have around. Lavendar is currently being crate and potty trained. She utilizes the restroom outside but will also go on a potty/puppy pad if she cannot hold it and no one is home to let her outside. Lavenda is loved and a great addition to any family. LOCATED IN MO Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 9:58 am

Story
Hi there I am Patty Pan.  The sweetest of ALL the squishy squash babies.  I absolutely love people of all shapes and sizes.  I love dogs too but people are my thing.  I am looking for a mama that will cherish me and let me hang out with them ALL THE TIME.  If I can see you I want to be with you.  I am pretty good at walking on leash because it attached me to YOU.  Working on potty training and doing my very best to only chew my toys!  I love toys   I am part corgi so I will not get too tall just a bit of a squatty squash.  My ideal family would have kids, a yard to play in and may another dog or two.  Please apply to be MINE forever Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 9:58 am

Story
Shilah  is a very sweet 6 year old Pry/Golden mix.  She is great with all dogs, cats and kids.  She really enjoys playing with her stuffies, more specifically a hedgehog and running around the backyard.  She is housebroken and really really loves to go on walks and is very good on her leash.  She does have some separation anxiety because her prior family left her crated most of her life.  She just wants to be loved and to give her BIG LOVE   She is spayed and fully vetted.  Please give this girl the furever that she so wants and needs. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 9:58 am
