This is Penny. Penny is 3.5 years old, her birthday is March 1st, 2021. She is spayed. She is microchipped. She's good with kids, other dogs and cats. She's potty trained and did know basic commands, some tricks "paw". She has a calm deamenor. She loves belly rubs and loves to be pet. She does love to lay in your lap, she thinks she's a lap pup. She does like to go outside and sunbathe. She goes outside at least 6 times throughout the day for about 15 minutes at a time. She does well on car rides, she loves them. She listens and is trainable. She's very loyal and loving. If you would like to meet her, please let me know Unfortunately, I'm unable to care for her. My wife left me alone with three kids and bills. I am having to move into another home after being a home owner for the past 6 years. She's a good girl and deserves a good home. She also enjoys coconut paw and nose rubs.

I am heartbroken about having to give up this cuddly boy. My husband has young onset Alzheimer's. Caring for my husband and our three dogs is becoming too much for me. We got him at 4 months old from Texas Great Pyrenees Rescue in June 2021. He is very lovey, but shy and nervous at first. He likes to go outside but really prefers to be indoors. Like all Great Pyrenees, he is a loud barker. He has a lot of fur and needs regular brushing. Do not shave all his fur off as he needs it to keep cool as well as warm. It will grow back more coarse and less easy to brush and maintain. He is good with other dogs, cats (most of the time) and kids. He can be afraid of new people (some, not all) and will bark. He is truly a gentle giant. Please do your research on this breed. They are unusual and not easily trained.

501(c)(3) non-profit animal sanctuary received a pair of Great Pyrenees LGDs from a rancher who sold his goats. Turned out the female was bred and had a litter of seven puppies January 20, 2024. They have been around my miniature goats, but I don't have them in the pasture because I need to adopt them to their own farms and ranches, so don't want anyone to get hurt. PUPS ADOPTION FEE IS 2 5 0. but negotiable for more than one. My mini goats can be very hard on dogs and have no problem butting them if they get too close. Pups have had wormings, coccidiosis prevention, and due for vaccinations which they will receive again upon leaving. They are ready to go now when someone is ready for them. They are at a good age to learn about being livestock guardians. They are not spayed or neutered because my vet and I don't believe in juvenile spays or neuters. They do have beautiful coats and double dew claws in the rear (per the GP standard). Five girls, two boys. Please PM me if you'd like to adopt. All adoption fees go to my rescue. PERSONALITY TRAITS ARE SO MANY, HARD TO CHOOSE.

He likes cats, he does chase them only because he wants to play with them He does have a kennel that will go with him. He is a huge lap dog. He loves car rides. He is a very sweet dog. With our work schedule he's in his kennel most of the time, and thats not fair to him. It's time I stop being selfish and let him go to a good home who will love him as much I do and he deserves.

Grits are good for you, ask any Southern mama :) You guessed it, my name is Grits and I have a LOT of determination! I came from the pound with HORRIFIC injuries related to a multiple dog attack :( And boy I was in pain and had horrible infections and was so so skinny and just sad... But the rescue peeps fixed me up! It took several weeks of LOVE, good nutrition, wound care and "heart repair" to return my zest for life and to see the glimmer of hope in my eyes... Now I am all fixed up, healthy and happy and READY for you!! Don't ever let me be out on the streets again, fighting off other dogs to live. Meet Polar, this sweet Great Pyrenees will warm your heart and make you fall in love! But not before you know what he went through to GET to this point! This is RESCUE FOLKS... It ain't PRETTY or NICE all the time... Polar came to us after found on the side of the road, and guess what?? He couldn't walk- - he was in so much pain :( SO what did we do?? WE SAVED HIM, we gave him TIME to gain weight and we gave him SURGERY so he could walk without pain! We gave him LOTS OF LOVE as he got stronger and he gave it back to us! Polar is a big pyr, pretty classic appearance. And he really would do great home with one other dog would be ideal.
