Story
NEW ENGLAND ADOPTER/FOSTER-TO-ADOPT/FOSTER NEEDED Polar is a one yr old, male Great Pyreness.  he weighs about 85 lbs.  Polar is house, leash and crate trained.  He is also good with other dogs and children.  He has not been around cats.  When he was found he had entropian eyelids and has had surgery to correct them and is now ready to find his furver home. This pet is currently in Texas If you are interested in adopting any of our dogs, please complete our online adoption application:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/31747/generic For more info, please email skylyrspassion@att.net OR visit our website: http://www.lifesaverssp.org/ We will conduct a phone interview, check references and then a home check. This helps us to match a dog with their potential adopter. The adoption fee is $450.00 for adults and $550.00 for puppies under one year which includes spay/neutering, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccinations, flea/tick & heartworm preventative, and a health certificate. We foster our dogs in homes, not in shelters. This allows us to get to know the dogs’ temperaments to match them to a home. This also allows us to get the dogs ready to live in their forever homes! All dogs coming from the south have been quarantined for two weeks and fully vetted before traveling to New England! ##2175995##

Story
Lucy has a unique beginning in our lives. Lucy, about 2 years old now, had been living on her own in a country field. My friends saw her emaciated body and began taking her food. She wouldn't let anyone near her. When my friends told me about her I was curious. Our Golden Retriever of 13 years, died and I missed him. I stared visiting Lucy and taking food. Lucy would hide in an abandoned shed or behind bushes. The field owner wanted her gone so I said we'd Foster her. She's such a playful, fun pup, loves to run fast, plays ball, catch, keep away and is affectionate. She'll need space to run and someone to play with her, brush her and show a caring, intrested attitude to her. She's a really lovely dog and easy to get attached to, and she'll become attached to you.

Story
My husband got Kimber when she was around 6 months old. Someone needed to rehome her due to her not getting along with their dog. Kimber does well with smaller dogs, but feels threatened by larger dogs. Kimber is a big girl, weighing in at 111 lbs. She just turned two at the beginning of March! Kimber is extremely loyal. She loves her people hard. She is playful, curious, and a protector. She is not fond of new people or strangers, though. With the right therapy and training I do feel that she could overcome her reactive behaviors. She needs someone with a large yard, she needs to be the only dog, and needs someone to love her and help her get to her best.

Story
Name: Booker Age: 9 months Breed(as listed on paperwork):pyr/lab x Gender: male Weight: 55lbs Altered: yes Crate Trained:yes Housebroke: is very clean in his kennel Good with kids: yes Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: unknown Short bio: Booker is a big ball of goofy fluff. He loves to give love and sits so gently for his pets. He is bouncy at first but once he gets out that first burst of energy he’s rather calm for a puppy. He loves toys and is treat motivated. He loves other dogs. He was around cats when he was younger and did fine but it’s been a couple of months since his last interaction with a cat so we’d like to retest him again before officially saying he’s cat friendly.
