Story
Charlie is an extremely loving dog that would be loyal to anyone. He loves to play, wrestle and be petted. He is good with and gets along with just about any dog. I would say that Charlie loves to cuddle and is great to cuddle with. Since he is a big dog, he would benefit with having a bit of room to run around. His size can be intimidating to younger children but he is in no way aggressive toward them. Charlie loves to play and is a very curious hound. Because we have land and livestock animals, along with chickens, barn cats and different fowl, he tends to overstep his playfulness and ends up killing our other animals. My elderly father also lives with us and has had some balance issues arise in the last few years. Charlie’s size and abundant affection has caused a couple of unintended falls that my dad has suffered. We believe that Charlie would be a great addition to an active family!

Story
Missy was found with sister Maggie as a stray. Both were rescued and came to HOT-PAWS. Missy is currently fostered in a home with kids of all ages. She is good with the kids and with other dogs, but not so good with cats or poultry. This big pretty girl walks fairly well on a leash and will crate okay, but prefers room to move around. She does need a secure fence, but will stay well within one. She is currently housed with her sister, and enjoys her company, but could be separated to get her into the right home.

Story
Maggie was found as a stray along with sister Missy. The two were taken in by HOT-PAWS and currently house together. This big girl fosters in a home with kids of all ages and has been good around all. She has also been good around others dogs, but is not so good with cats, and poultry. This girl rides well in the car, walks fairly well on a leash, crates okay and enjoys spending time outside. She does require a secure fence to keep her safe. Maggie would like to find a home to call her own, with or without her sister.
