Fluff was dumped in an area known for dog dumping. He is a good boy that loves to be oet. If you want a 100lb lap dog, then Fluff is your guy. He does love to be outside, especially on cool nights. But he also loves to snuggle up next to you. He is neutered, microchiped, and vaccined. He also underwent heartworm treatment during the 2025 summer and is heartworm free.

Story
Meet Barney! This pup was wondering around our community for weeks as a stray. Catching him wasn’t easy but let me tell ya, now that he’s had a taste of AC he’s never going back to the stray life haha. Barney in typical Great Pyrenees fashion is an absolute LOVER. He wants do be near his humans and he wants that Pyr fur all over you! Great with dogs big and small although not super playful. Definitely more of a wallflower with the occasional zoomie. Leash work is still a work in progress which for this breed is a lifelong project. What he lacks in that department however he makes up for in looks and charm. -House/Crate Trained -Good with other dogs -Over the top loving -Moderate energy -Loves being with his human. Barney is such a sweet and well tempered boy that woudl do best in a quiet house, as he can be a nervous nelly. We do not ships dog out of state. All adopters must travel to Dallas to meet their potential animal in person before moving forward with an adoption trial run.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Rosemary!  Nicknamed “Rosie,” this girl was born around November 2020 and weighs healthy 75 pounds. We had her DNA tested!  She is 85% Great Pyrenees, 3% Anatolian Shepherd Dog, 3% Siberian Husky, 3% Saint Bernard, 2% Komondor, and 2% Maremma. She has the energy of a puppy and loves to play.  She she loves to give kisses and wields a strong Pyr paw! Rosemary gets along with dogs of all sizes and loves to play with them all. At mealtime though, she wants everyone else’s food.  We feed her separately so the others can eat in peace. She hasn’t been cat tested, but she lives with little dogs. She might be very interested when first meeting a cat, then would lose interest unless they try to eat her food. Rosie is house trained. We have begun crate training her.  She has progressed to crawling into the crate on her own.  She walks well on a leash.  She does well on car rides; she has a little trouble loading up, but then settles down for the ride. If you are looking for an energetic dog who will love you enthusiastically and keep you entertained, Rosemary could be the dog for you! SPIN Pyrs are all in foster homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  Adoption fees are $300 for dogs under 1 year old, $250 for dogs 1-7 years old, $200 for dogs over 7 years old. Potential adopters are asked to make travel arrangements if they live elsewhere. All SPIN dogs are spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
