Story
Lily was adopted when she was about 4 months old from Austin Animal Center. It was not until we got home and spoke with a Vet that she was diagnosed with nerve damage to her rear end. The issues are that only about 1/4 of her tail functions, and she has gut issues. She is currently on medication to keep her stool firm and to avoid accidents. She also wears a diaper while on the furniture and overnight, this is purely precautionary. She is about 1 year old now and is super sweet! She is low maintenance and does very well when she is home alone. She is the perfect cuddle dog and will give all the love back to you that you give her! We are looking to rehome her only because our changing jobs and schedules, she would have a better life with people able to spend lots of time with her and other pack mates if you have them.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bolt is waiting patiently for his forever home! Bolt is a 5 1/2 year old Great Pyrenees-Catahoula leopard dog mix. Bolt is a sweet and loyal companion, enjoys being in the yard when his foster mom gardens, and loves pets and attention. Bolt has a serious side, he barks when he perceives a threat (the UPS truck, mailman, etc) and a silly side, finding all sorts of random things to play with-he’d rather forage something around the house and cares less about dog toys. Bolt is super helpful around the house, he loves to help load the dishwasher, clean off the counters, and helps with the laundry by dragging clothes and towels from the laundry room outside in the rain, lol, he’s all about conservation! His new family should be sturdy as he can get spunky and want to play while doing zoomies around his people. He would love his own person/people to reciprocate his loyalty, someone who likes to relax and also find adventure. If you are looking for your “ride or die” dog, that’s Bolt, he is smart and eager to please. Bolt could get along with a female dog but would prefer to eat alone. Bolt is being fostered in Tacoma, WA and can be transported within WA and OR . All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  Adoption Fee: $175 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Transport Fee: none Transport fee includes the cost of transport plus the Health Certificate required for USDA approved transport. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Dixie is a clever girl waiting for her forever family! This smart 8-month-old, 80 lb sweetheart is incredibly attuned to her people and will follow you from room to room—she never wants to miss a moment with you. Dixie is fully potty trained and recently discovered the joys of couch life, making her an excellent Netflix companion (good luck getting her to move once she's settled in). She loves occupying herself with a good chew toy or bone, and she's hilariously enthusiastic about chasing balls, though she hasn't quite mastered the "bringing it back" part of fetch yet. Dixie is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and is currently learning how to play gently with her 12 lb Chihuahua foster sister. She's curious about cats but respects their boundaries. Her new family should be ready to continue her leash training and work on basic commands. If you want a smart, affectionate companion who will be your constant sidekick, Dixie is waiting for you! Dixie's spay is scheduled for Feb 17 and she can go home after that!  Dixie is being fostered in Portland, OR and can be adopted within OR and WA. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bentley! Bentley is a 4-month-old stunningly beautiful example of a Great Pyrenees. His hair is soft and fluffy with a spiky “helmet head”. He was found on the side of a highway, muddy and scared. It was 3 days before he would stand all the way up, he cowered on the ground and cried around people. He has grown to trust and loves to play with kids and other dogs. He has good manners in the house but still needs supervision around shoes or other delicious items. Bentley is very smart and has already learned to sit and use a dog door. If you are looking for a big boy to be your companion, Bentley is waiting for you!    OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION: 1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES THAT HAVE AT LEAST ONE MEDIUM TO LARGE YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL RESIDENT DOG that is age 1 or older. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Here's Texana!  Texana is a beautiful, sweet and spunky  1 1/2 yr old girl, looking for a new place to crash.  She's come a long way in her current home, she would just prefer to be the only queen of the castle.  What we know of Texana, she was brought up to the PNW from Texas when she was about 3 months old and unfortunately, did not have a lot of socialization in her younger years.  Regardless, she knows some commands and wants to please her people.  Common of Pyrs she likes to patrol the property, bark at any potential threats, and can be a little stubborn, which is one of the reasons we love our Pyrs!  She's not a fan of cats and has not been exposed to livestock.  She would like do okay with a mellow male dog, meet and greets prior to adoption would be helpful.  Texana is being fostered by her current family in Olympia, WA and can be adopted within WA-OR.  All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6.  Adoption Fee: $275 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Tater Tot (or Tot Tot) is a sweet, one year old Pyr-mix who had a rough start. He was part of the group taken in by the Oregon Humane Society earlier this year, so he had a lot of fear when he first went into his foster home. Since he never got to do normal dog things, he still has some puppy curiosity and things to learn. He's working on things like leash-walking, and taking car rides. His foster parents have to remind him that he's safe even out in the big world. His forever home will have to continue to have patience with him. Once he's comfortable, he's a big cuddle bug. Tater loves belly rubs and is even starting to enjoy playing with toys, getting brushed, and taking treats. He is house trained, knows "sit", and sleeps in his crate at night. Tater loves to be with his people most of the time and is also good with kids. He likes the resident dog, and also those he meets on walks. Tater would also do fine as an only dog, especially as a sidekick to someone who's working from home. Tater Tot is currently being fostered in Bend, Oregon and can be adopted within Oregon/Washington.
