Story
Glory is a beautiful calm and gentle Great Pyrenees mix with one blue eye. Glory and her brother, Baron,(also up for adoption) were strays picked up by TX animal control and placed in a local shelter. Both are friendly with everyone. They do well with both their senior and puppy foster siblings. They have no aggression and even eat from a community bowl. See that here: https://youtube.com/shorts/lAau-CKA4kI?si=H9d7zRsvVVc3EjRQRight now they use a doggie door to do their business and share a crate. Actual housetraining is in process. These precious ones love to spend a lot of time outside playing. Both enjoy chasing stuffies but their older puppy foster mate foster usually gets it. Then it’s a friendly game of keep away!!!Glory also loves the water. They have not yet been exposed to cats, but most puppies do well with them with gradual introductions to them. Both get along great with the 4 year old in the household. The best home would be a place where that understands the GP breed. And, of course understands the needs of puppy training. Children or other dogs will be a plus. This sweet girl truly deserves to find her forever home. This requirement is for the benefit of you and your puppy, so if you experience behavior issues, you have a point of contact. PLEASE—Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy's life.
