Story
Meet Flo! Flo is about 7 months old, 58 lbs currently, and she likely has some Great Pyr in her mix! She was found as a stray In her foster home, she is doing great with her house-training, crate training and leash walking. As a young dog, Flo needs someone who is home for most of the day and willing to invest in training. She could go to a home with dog-savvy older kids, cats and other dogs. Her foster says, `Flo has been a fun and sweet girl!! She`s very well behaved. She stays of the furniture and loves her chew toys!! Flo has been so friendly with everyone she meets, including children and other fur dogs too!! She`s loves playing with her foster brother. Running and chasing him is her favorite! Flo enjoys being outdoors sitting on the hill in the yard just watching everything. She is inside most of the time and is calm and quiet and comfortable. She sleeps in her crate all night peacefully. During dinner, as a precaution I fed her separately. She was protective of her food at first. An elevated water bowl is recommended too. She lives with two cats also, one is her best buddy! Flo is an adorable happy sweet girl. Her forever family will fall in love instantly!!.`She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on January 10th. Story
Apollo has been described by my friends and pet sitters as the most loving dog they’ve met. Easy going, lover of a good rub, great companion, obedient… Apollo has never let me down ❤️ For 8 years (he was 2 months when I adopted him) he has been my buddy and has followed me in many adventures. But this time, Apollo has not adjusted well to the new environment, and it got to the point that I need him to feel safe. From Moving from suburbs of Texas to a big city has been too much for him, and unfortunately I don’t have an option. Looking for a family or person who will give him the same or even more of the love I gave him. He will be forever in my heart, but I can’t be selfish.

Story
Jack is in need of a loving home. As a middle-aged male, he may not have the same energy levels as younger dogs, but he makes up for it with his sweet and docile nature. He is content with a more relaxed and inactive lifestyle, making him an ideal companion for those who prefer a quieter pace. Jack's easy-going personality makes him a pleasure to be around, and he gets along well with other dogs. His gentle nature and friendly attitude make him the perfect addition to any family. Despite his age, Jack still has so much love to give and is patiently waiting for someone to open their heart and home to him. With his sweet and lovable demeanor, Jack is sure to bring joy and happiness to whomever is lucky enough to welcome him into their home. This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. Story
This handsome guy with a few cute curls is looking for his forever home. He is bonded with his foster mom and doggie sister, but I feel he will adjust to a new home with a little time and patience. He hasn't had much socialization so is timid meeting people but quickly warms up and gives kisses. Jake will make a fantastic pet for an active individual or family. House & crate trained. NOTE: If both him and Joy are adopted by the same people, the second dog's adoption fee will be 1/2 price. **Any questions about Jake, please contact his foster mom at: (989)313 - 4874This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue in Crossville, TN. Story
Dutchess is a Great Pyr mix. 1 yo spayed. 65 lbs. She is great with kids, dogs and cats. She is potty trained and even though she is deaf she likes music!!! This beautiful girl was adopted in Texas after being found in sweltering heat at just 2 months old. Sadly her owner was diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing rigorous treatment and couldn't keep her so they let her go live with a friend who was to care for her. This didn't work out so well as they were letting her wander. Because this girl is deaf, for her safety was taken into animal control. If you are the person who could give this wonderful girl her true forever apply today!!! Thank you for choosing rescue. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US BY EMAIL OR PHONE TO TELL US YOU ARE INTERESTED IN DUTCHESS. We are all volunteers and we cannot move forward without your application. If you would like to be considered to adopt DUTCHESS go to our website and fill out an application. www.sunnypawsrescue.org. Be sure you receive a confirmation email after submission and someone will be in touch promptly.
