Story
Meet Sheperd! This handsome ball of fluff is a Great Pyrenees (maybe mix) and is 15 pounds at 12 weeks old. Sheperd loves all that life has to offer. He has the typical fun puppy energy that loves to eat, then will play hard until he drops, then sleep hard until it is time to eat again! Sheperd has never met a stranger and loves new doggie and human friends alike. Sheperd has started crate training and does pretty well as long as he is full and had time to play. He has also started potty pad training and tries really hard to get to the pee pad when he needs to go, though he sometimes still thinks the pee pad is a toy. Sheperd is sure to make the perfect fun addition to any family! Interested in becoming a forever home for Sheperd Galaxy? For immediate consideration, please fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we DO NOT go any further without an application. If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting Sheperd Galaxy. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and Sheperd Galaxy the perfect forever home, and appreciate you working with us. Our normal adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. Thank you in advance for your patience with our process and for making adoption YOUR option!

She seems to learn things quickly. She has had all her shots and has been spayed and chipped. In a perfect world an amazing family will adopt her and her two siblings (they are extremely tight) but will do best with at least another canine companion. It’s easy to love a dog like Maggie! ##2158700##

Story
Bogey is such a sweet boy and learning so fast. He loves to be baby talked to and loved on. He loves other dogs especially his two sisters. He’s good with other dogs but has not been around cats. He gets his feelings hurt easily and it’s cute and sad at the same time lol he’s growing fast so he’s a bit clumsy. He and his sisters very calm for being 8 months old. He’s neutered, chipped and has all his shots. I can’t stress enough that he really needs another dog, I honestly don’t think he would do well otherwise. He’s very attached to his sisters, even more so than they are to him. He’s a good puppy and I truly believe he will be a great dog ##2158701##

Story
Ranger. We finally settled on our little fosters name. It suits him to a T. [Ranger is a baby boy name of French and English origin. Meaning "forest guardian," this baby name feels and sounds distinctly magical. Not only is a ranger a cool title for the protectors of nature, but they also represent strength, knowledge, and bravery as protectors of people, too!] Went to wrestling dual last night with us and sat in his own chair the entire time. Snoozed a bit. Socialized with those that came to him. Observed and chilled. He’s practically perfect. Such a great puppy. Has integrated perfectly with our broad range of fur babes & humans AND plays well alone too. He enjoys snuggles, playtime & sunning. He’s been so successful with potty training but still needing work since he is still a little babe. He has such a calm demeanor and surprises all who come in contact with him. He has met kids young and old and loves them too. Would make a wonderful companion for a family with kids ##2247188##

Stormie has been a wonderful foster. She was dumped pregnant at the OKC Shelter where she gave birth to 3 puppies, only 1 ended up surviving. Happy Hounds came to the rescue and took Stormie and her remaining pup into their program. She did a beautiful job raising her off-spring Bear, who has since been adopted and now this gorgeous gal is looking to find her forever home. Stormie is 1 year old, petite Shepherd Mix at only 52 lbs. House and crate trained ( She is well behaved when left roaming the home, doesn’t chew or destroy) ?She is a bit shy on first encounters but opens up quickly and has so much love to give ?well mannered, very quiet, hardly ever barks Low energy and low maintenance, she is just happy to be by your side Dog and kid friendly, doesn’t pay any attention to the neighbors cats while out on walks Loves a nice little walk, but also doesn’t mind being a couch potato on cold and rainy days Stormie has been a perfect house guest and would love to find a home of her home
